How to apply
Please follow carefully the instructions below. Keep in mind that, regardless of your CV and research record, if your application is flawed the hiring committee is obliged by the Italian law to discard your application.
How to send your application (Italian citizens):
You MUST use a PEC email address. Send all the material listed below to protocollo.imati@pec.cnr.it with object: “avviso di selezione n. IMATI 004 2024 PV"
How to send your application (non-Italian citizens):
Send all the material listed below to segreteria@imati.cnr.it with object: “avviso di selezione n. IMATI 004 2024 PV"
What you must submit:
The official application form, i.e., “Allegato A” in the official call. Fill in the form, then generate a PDF with your handwritten signature and date on each page. You can use the template here: follow the instructions in red and remove them once you are done.
Your CV (in English or Italian), including a list of publications. Follow the template given by “Allegato B” of the official call; the template is available here. Please generate a PDF with your handwritten signature and date on each page. If you are not a citizen of the European Union, please also attach a copy of all qualifications (Ph.D, M.Sc., etc) that you are listing in your CV.
A PDF file of each of your publications (if any). Note that providing links to webpages does not suffice, you must send the publications.
A list of the publications you are enclosing in PDF format with your handwritten signature and date. Note that even if you have added a publication list to your CV, you still have to send again the list in a separate file.
The official declaration that you are aware of the EU laws concerning your privacy rights. Follow the template given by “Allegato C” in the official call; the template is available here. Please generate a PDF with your handwritten signature and date.
A copy of your official ID/passport. Note that if you are admitted to the online interview, you will be asked to exhibit the same document.
If the total size of your PDFs is too large, you can send them over multiple emails. Use the same subject for every email, specifying in the text the total number of emails that you are sending.
