This Privacy Policy describes how Resale Hunt Tycoon ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our") handles data when you play our mobile application.
We are committed to data minimization. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to external servers. The Game operates almost entirely locally on your device.
Gameplay and Save Data: To preserve your game progression (such as your current cash balance, day counter, inventory items, unlocked store locations, and syndicate status), data is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage or local app storage flags. This data remains on your physical device and is not transmitted to us or any third parties.
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions: Any transactions or premium membership activations (such as the Pro Hub Subscription) are processed directly and securely by the Apple App Store framework. We do not collect or have access to your credit card information, bank details, or Apple Account credentials.
The Game does not currently use third-party analytics tracking, advertising networks, or background software development kits (SDKs) that monitor your behavior across other apps or websites.
Because your save file data is stored locally on your device, it remains there until you delete it.
How to Delete Your Data: You can completely revoke consent and wipe all associated gameplay logs at any time simply by clearing the application's cache/data via your device settings or by uninstalling the Game. Doing so permanently deletes all your accumulated cash, inventory, and tycoon progress.
The Game does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. All simulation mechanics and interactions are fictionalized, client-side arrays.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect game updates or legal compliance. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy directly within the app or on our distribution page.

When filling out the App Privacy section in App Store Connect, Apple will ask you to check boxes detailing what data your app collects. Based on how we structured the game code, answer it like this:
Data Collection: Select "No, we do not collect data from this app" unless you decide to add external analytics (like Firebase or Google Analytics) down the line.
Local Storage Exception: Apple's rules state that if data is processed purely locally on the user's device and not transmitted off the device, it does not count as "collected" for tracking purposes.
