These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Reroll ("the App"), published by TopicDev.

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it.

1. The App

Reroll suggests films and television series to watch, one at a time, and lets you keep a personal watchlist and mark titles as watched. It is provided free of charge. There are no purchases, no subscriptions, no advertising, and no paid features.
The App does not stream, host, download, or provide access to any films or television series. It displays information about them. Whether and where you can actually watch any given title is outside our control.

2. Licence to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

Your use of the App from Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law
attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on any third-party service the App relies upon, including the TMDB API
use the App to build a competing commercial dataset, or to scrape or bulk-extract content obtained through it
remove, obscure, or alter any attribution or notice contained in the App

4. Third-party content and services

Film and television information shown in the App — titles, artwork, descriptions, ratings, release dates and similar — is supplied by The Movie Database (TMDB) and is the property of TMDB and its respective rights holders. Trailers are served by YouTube.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. We are not affiliated with TMDB, YouTube, Google, or with any studio, distributor, or streaming service.

We do not create, verify, moderate, or endorse this content. In particular:

Accuracy is not guaranteed. Ratings, descriptions, release dates, runtimes and availability come from a third-party database maintained by its own contributors, and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.
Content is not curated by us. The catalogue is general and includes titles intended for adult audiences. Suggestions are generated automatically. A suggestion is not a recommendation or an endorsement, and we cannot guarantee that any given suggestion is appropriate for you.
Availability may change. Third-party services the App depends on may change, limit, or discontinue access at any time, which may affect or disable parts of the App without notice.

Your use of third-party content is subject to the terms of the parties providing it.

5. Your data

The App stores your watchlist, watched titles and preferences only on your device. We do not receive, hold, or back up any of it.

You are responsible for your own data. If you uninstall the App, clear its storage, lose your device, or reset it, that information is gone and we cannot restore it. There is no account and no server-side copy.

6. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with your device, or that defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App — including reliance on any information displayed in it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The App is free of charge. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App, which is zero.

8. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, without notice and without liability. We are under no obligation to provide updates, support, or continued availability.

We may revise these Terms. The revised version will be published at this address with an updated date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections 4, 6, 7 and 10 survive termination.
