A simple, but angry man who wants nothing more then the rent that he's owed.
Doc
Doc was one of Hasegawa's subordinates back when he used to work for Yamagari and was the head doctor on site. These days Doc is a back alley doctor who treats the poorer residents of the city. Very few know his name as he keeps it secret to avoid Yamagari and Kojiro from knowing that he's still in the city.
Nekomi Mineko
Former head of security at Yamagari's lab, now owns and runs a maid cafe that she uses as cover while she smuggles weapons for her personal collection. She teaches each girl she hires a different fighting style so they can enforce the rules of the cafe if need be. Can be extremely rude and violent towards customers, especially to those who shorten her name to "Neko". She hasn't spoken to Hasegawa in 7 years after an "accident" that left Hasegawa with a broken arm.
Nami
Nekomi's head maid who mans the door in case of trouble. Her hobbies include eating cake, reading Shojo manga and Krav Maga. Her personal motto is "A shattered pelvis a day keeps the loan sharks away".
Amanda
Branch manager of Oddleston and Co. Real Estate. Dreams of leaving her dead end job and starting a small business by herself, maybe with her own secretary that she can boss around.
Rachel Valiskoft
Theo's big sister who leaches off men, then leaves them the second she gets a chance. Doesn't get along well with Theo and often claims that she'll "tell daddy" if Theo doesn't let her hang out with him, but often backs off once Theo threatens to tell mom.
Kazuto
Theo's best friend and former leader of the gang. He usually hangs out with Theo and Simon while his kid's at day care. He found his uniform in a dumpster behind the maid cafe and spends his free time mending it and polishing the buttons.
Simon
3rd highest ranking member of Theo's gang. Currently going through a mid life crisis, but has found solace in anime and manga to the point where it's become an obsession. His wife left him after he blew his life savings on thicc anime statues, he does not regret it one bit.
