• Registration fee 

1. Early bird registration (online before 16/02/2025) - Rs.200

2. On spot registration (cash only, on 18/02/2025) - Rs.250

• Participants will be provided with participation certificates and welcome kit.  

• Overall Trophy will be awarded for the best performing college. 

• Participants are requested to confirm their accommodation before 11.02.2025.

• Participants have to report before 9.00 a.m. 

• Open to students of all branches and streams.

• There is no limitation on the number of entries from an institution.

• Participants who do not adhere to the rules and regulations will be disqualified at any phase of the event.

• Decision of the Jury and organizing committee will be treated  as final on all matters.

• Respective college ID card is mandatory for participating in the events.

• Lunch and refreshments will be provided for all participants 

• Kongu Engineering College buses will be available at Perundurai bus stand from 8.00 a.m to 9.00 a.m on 18.02.2025.

• Timings

• Morning : 8.00 a.m to 9.00 a.m

• Evening : 5.00 p.m to 6.00 p.m

Accommodation for Participants : 

Accommodation for both Male and Female Participants will be provided at Men's and Women's Hostel respectively.

• Last date for Accommodation Registration is 11.02.2025.

• Once you complete the registration,  coordinator(s) will update you regarding the further details.
