Reply Mate is an Android productivity application that automatically sends SMS replies based on phone call events according to user-defined settings. The application allows users to configure automatic replies, business information, schedules, audience rules, templates, subscriptions, and related automation features.
Reply Mate is designed to operate only according to settings configured by the user. Messages are never sent without user authorization and configuration.

Call log, SMS and contacts data stay on your device
Reply Mate reads call log information (caller number, call type, time and duration) only on your phone, only after a call ends, and only to decide whether to send the automatic SMS you configured. Reply Mate uses SMS permission only to send those replies; it does not read your SMS inbox.
Call log entries, the phone numbers of your callers, the messages Reply Mate sends, and your contacts are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers, not sold, and not shared with any third party, and they are not used for advertising, analytics or profiling.
The only automation data stored in your Reply Mate account is a count of messages sent, delivered and failed, used to show plan usage.

This information is used only to personalize your automatic replies.
If you purchase a subscription, we may store:

Reply Mate runs a foreground service to ensure reliable automation even when the application is not open.
A persistent notification is displayed while automation is active.
Reply Mate may request permission to ignore battery optimization on certain Android devices to improve background reliability.
Granting this permission is optional but recommended.
