Accuracy of materials and external links are not guaranteed by Appline Ltd., who disclaims liability for consequential losses or damages. Apple users acknowledge Apple's limited involvement and agree to comply with third-party terms.

Appline Ltd. reserves the right to terminate licenses for non-compliance, with severance provisions for void terms. Governing law is that of the United States, and subscription terms outline payment cycles and cancellation procedures.

Cancellation requires following specific instructions for Apple App Store and Google Play purchases. The disclaimer clarifies usage rights under the CreativeML OpenRAIL License, emphasizing accountability for generated content.
