Repeat Today section
As its name implies, Repeat Today section contains the learning material to be repeated today.
For convenience, the section has four subsections:
Repeat by Date, Repeat by Intervals, Repeat by Sets, Repeat by #5.
Repeat by Date - This subsection is grouped by the Repeat date and sorted in descending order, from the most recent date to the past. Using this subsection is helpful when you have several days of expired repetitions.
Repeat by Intervals is the main subsection, in which the material is grouped by repetition intervals and sorted in ascending order from smaller to larger intervals.
Repeat by Sets - this subsection is grouped by sets. Let's clarify what a set is. For example, your native language is Spanish and you learn two foreign languages: English and French. Therefore, you need to divide your learning material into sets: Spanish - English and Spanish - French. Using this subsection, you will be able to repeat the learning material separately.
Repeat by #5 - if you learn foreign languages, then in this section, the material is grouped by the part of speech, such as word, phrase, phrasal verb, sentence, etc. This is helpful in certain situations, when it will be more convenient for you to repeat words first, and then sentences.
Repeat by Date subsection
Repeat by Date - this subsection is grouped by the Repeat date and sorted by descending. It is necessary for work when you have several days of expired repetitions. If currently you do not have any expired repetitions, you can skip this tutorial.
Pending section
Pending section groups the learning material that is waiting to be memorized and repeated.
Depending on the situations that arise when working with learning material, the Pending section may contain up to four subsections, or remain empty.
This can be new material that you haven’t yet begun to memorize, or it can be the material that you’ve begun to memorize, but for some reason decided to postpone or exclude from the repetition plan. The names of these subsections define their purpose: Edit, Postpone, Cleared, New.
Edit - this subsection contains material excluded from the repetition plan, because it requires additional clarification or rework, and during repetition you have no time to correct the material.
Postpone - this subsection contains learning material that you have excluded from the repetition plan. This can happen, for example, when you learn a foreign language and come across a sentence structure that seems very difficult to you right now and you would like to return to this material later.
Cleared - this subsection contains pages of learning material with cleared statistics.
New - this subsection contains new learning material that you’ve added yourself or downloaded from the Knowledge Store, but haven’t yet begun to memorize.

About App
The tool for effective memorizing any foreign words, phrases, idioms, sentences, dialogs, speeches, poems, lyrics, tongue-twister, dates.
«Practice makes perfect»
What is the main feature of our application?
The main feature of our app is efficiency. What does this mean? This means, for example, that in one month you will remember more information than in any other way. Our application will allow you not to waste time (the main resource in learning) on unnecessary repetition of educational material that you learn well. And spend the saved time on repeating more complex material or memorizing new ones.
What is the Repetitool app?
1. The tool for memorizing any text using Spaced Repetition System (or Interval Repetition System or System of Interval Repetition).
2. The repetition planner for any other text memorization system including mnemonics, storytelling, etc. Because it is necessary to repeat the studied material at least sometimes.
The repetition planner automatically generates a repetition plan for each day based on previous repetitions. You will see your plan for several days ahead and will be able to adjust the intensity of your workouts without worrying which words to repeat. This is especially useful when your database exceeds several thousand records.
The tool for professional use, especially for those who study foreign languages in depth.
New words, phrases, sentences, or any texts can be entered manually. But large amount of data, such as dictionaries, reference books, poems, movie subtitles, etc., can be prepared in advance in a spreadsheet editor (e.g., Excel) and downloaded via Google Drive.
The system of interval repetitions implemented in the app will help you to recall words, phrases, and sentences “subconsciously”, without associations.
Repetitool helps to remember, not to guess!
The system includes several basic techniques: intensive memorizing; interval repetition; memorizing large texts; breaking the stuck repetition loop. All these techniques are implemented in the app and are described in the user manual in text or video formats.
The application interface is designed in a way that even on a smartphone with a large screen, you can use the app with one hand only, for example, while in public transport.
Functions and capabilities:
▪ repetition interval from 1 second to 899 days;
▪ integration of Google Translator;
▪ division of the studied material into categories of up to 3 levels;
▪ adding examples, synonyms, transcriptions, tags (for a full specification) and any notes in additional fields;
▪ creation, search, and removal of duplicates in one or two fields;
▪ advanced search and data selection by criteria;
▪ statistics on more than 7 parameters, including the total number of repetitions, the number of daily repetitions, the acquired level of knowledge, the memorizing efficiency, etc., both for a single entry and for the entire category (dataset);
▪ summary report on the new repetitions by month;
▪ repetition plan for 899 days ahead;
▪ downloading a large number of new records in *.csv format;
▪ backup to Google Drive in Google spreadsheet format;
▪ autonomous work without the need for constant Internet access.
System of Interval Repetitions Short Overview
Our system is based on the ancient Latin wisdom:
"Repetition is the mother of learning."
The repetition process is often dreary and overextended. We have optimized this process and increased its efficiency.
The system includes several basic techniques: intensive memorizing; interval repetition; memorizing of large texts; breaking the stuck repetition loop. All these techniques are implemented in this app and are described (or will be described in the near future) in the user manual in text or video formats.
The basis for calculating the successful daily repetition intervals is a sequence of powers of 2, where the power is a sequence number of the next daily repetition: 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 ... 28 .
28 = 256 is the last repetition interval in our system. If you remember the studied material after 256 days, the probability to forget it in the future is very small.
This is relevant for words and phrases in a foreign language that we do not use on a daily basis, but which are needed when we really need them.
How to work with categories 900 - 999
REMARK:
0 - 899 - repetition intervals expressed in days — daily repetition intervals; 0 - zero interval can be divided into minute intervals (1 min - 999 min) within one day until midnight (00:00) according to the device system time.
900 - 999 - pages of these sections are excluded from the repetition plan;
CONTENTS:
900 - 999 - sections isolated from repetition:
900 - 989 - user sections:
900 - 909 - Memorized forever;
910 - 929 - Correct;
930 - 949 - Cleared;
950 - 969 - Deferred;
970 - 989 - Miscellanea.

999 - deletion deferred until exit the application.
DETAILS:
900 - 989 - user sections:
900 - 909¹ - pages with memorized material that no longer needs repetition, but is included in statistics and is shown in the reports on all sets "In Work";
910 - 999 - pages not included in statistics;
910 - 929 - pages that need some clarifications and corrections, but which cannot be edited right now; their statistics are not cleared;
930 - 949 - in these sections, page statistics are cleared at 00:00 by system time or by your commands (see Menu ➡️ Settings ➡️ Manual);
950 - 969 - repetitions postponed for any reason; page statistics are not cleared;
970 - 989 - can be used as a notebook; page statistics are not cleared;
990 - 999 - application service sections:
990 - this section stores this page; it’s best to store generalized metadata — data about data, type of content (like this page), classifiers, etc.; page statistics are not cleared;
991 - 994, 996, 997 - reserved for future upgrades in data processing; page statistics are not cleared;
995 - see section "How to break the stuck repetition loop (SIR2⁸)";
998 - pages placed in this section are automatically deleted when you first use the application after 00:00 according to the device system time; page statistics are not cleared;
999 - pages placed in this section are automatically deleted when you click the "Back" button on the device; page statistics are not cleared.
___
¹ These sections are useful when learning foreign languages in order to have comprehensive statistics on words, phrases, sentences, etc. memorized forever.
EXAMPLES:
0 - 899:
the values of minute intervals are typed on the interval keyboard of the application in the same way as the values of daily intervals, but with a zero prefix before the main value, for example: the repetition interval of two days is set by typing number 2 on the keyboard, whereas the 2 minutes interval is set by typing 02 and will be shown as 0 (2 m). Minute repetitions are automatically displayed while working with the application. The planner does not provide individual sound or visual notifications for minute repetitions;
the maximum value for minute repetitions - 999 minutes - 16 hours 39 minutes, almost never needed;
if the device system time is 22:00, it will not be possible to set a minute repetition interval longer than or equal to 120 minutes, only 0119 or less, because only two hours are left until midnight (00:00);
at midnight (00:00) the application resets all minute intervals to 0.
