This privacy policy applies to the RepeatableLists app for mobile devices (the "Application"), operated by ShunHax (the "Service Provider").

Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data. There is no account, no sign-up, and no network transmission of your data by the Application.
All data you create in the Application (checklists and their items) is stored locally on your device only and never leaves it.
Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking
The Application does not use cookies, analytics services, advertising SDKs, or any other tracking technologies. No third-party SDK in the Application collects personal data.
Third Party Access
No data is transmitted to the Service Provider or to any third party, so no data is shared with anyone.
Your Rights and Data Deletion
Because the Service Provider does not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for the Service Provider to access, correct, export, or delete. All Application data is under your direct control on your device: uninstalling the Application, or clearing its storage in your device settings, permanently deletes all Application data.
Children
The Application is suitable for general audiences and does not collect personal information from any user, including children under 13.
Security
Your data never leaves your device, which is the strongest safeguard available: there is no server copy to breach. Protecting the device itself (screen lock, device encryption) protects your Application data.
Changes
If a future version of the Application changes these practices, this policy will be updated with a new effective date before that version is released, and the change will be reflected in the Application's store listing data-safety disclosures.
