What types of cuisine do you specialize in?
We specialize in Egyptian oriental cuisine.
How do I place a catering order?
Use our online booking form or call our events team directly.
How far in advance must I order?
For Repas Catering events: We require notification a month's notice for standard catering events. (Or depends on availability)
For Frosted by Repas: A minimum of 48 hours before the delivery, or if your order is in stock, we do same-day delivery (DM or WhatsApp to check for Availability)
Is there a minimum order size?
Catering requires a minimum of 50 guests per order.
Frozen does not have a minimum.
Can I pick up my order?
Currently, we are a cloud kitchen, so no pick-up is available (Delivery only).
How do I heat the frozen meals?
All packaging includes specific oven and microwave instructions.
How long do frozen meals last?
It is mentioned on the frozen food box you will receive.
Are the frozen meals fully cooked?
Yes, some meals are fully cooked and ready to heat. However, some are only partially cooked and ready to put the final touches.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel catering five days prior for a full refund.
Are plates and utensils included?
Depends on the order and the agreed upon details with the customer.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 10% fee on the day of resevring the event. Then 40% a month before the event. Moreoever, the remaining 50% will be paid the day before the event takes place.
Are there hidden delivery fees?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance.
What is your delivery radius or geographic service area?
For regular orders we deliver to: New Cairo, Maadi, Rehab, Shorouk, Madinaty, Heliopolis, and Nasr City.
For Catering orders we deliver to all of Cairo.
Can I change my menu selection after reservation?
Once the proposal is set and approved it cannot be changed.
Do you provide full-service staff (bartenders, servers) or just drop-off catering?
We provide both.
