In December 2020, a group of professionals from different companies and backgrounds met to discuss how all the knowledge and experience acquired so far regarding the use of composite repair could be effectively applied to current pipeline repair challenges. On the first meeting, representatives from operators, composite repair suppliers, consultants, universities and research centers set a series of actions, goals and targets aiming on reaching an environment where composite repairs would have a clear set of standards, applications and market availability, at the same levels other currently repair methods widely used have met so far.

This website is one the first targets agreed and we intend it to serve as a virtual hub to aggregating and sharing all information produced by this group of people, as well as divulge events that may be of interest on the topic.

At the moment, a few meetings have taken place and the main current goal is to creating a database of papers, presentations, events, and info about all participants (skills, background, ideas) on how to put composite repair usage up to speed.
