1. OVERVIEW
RE Oracle is an entertainment application that provides four oracle-style experiences:
- Classic;
- Horror;
- Troll;
- Pendulum.
Horror mode is an optional immersive fictional horror experience intended only for adults aged eighteen or older. It may contain intense psychological horror, body horror, fictional threats, fictional violence, possession themes, disturbing language, and descriptions of physical sensations or actions directed at the fictional participant within the narrative.
RE Oracle does not require users to create an account or provide their name, email address, telephone number, or social-media credentials.
The App does not display advertisements, does not use information for targeted advertising, and does not sell personal information.
RE Oracle offers five free questions in each mode, granted once, for a total of twenty free questions.
The free-question allowance is independent for each mode and does not renew or regenerate over time.
After the free questions in a mode have been used, users may continue by purchasing and consuming question credits.
RE Oracle does not offer automatically renewing subscriptions.
The age rating, content warnings, and availability of Horror mode may vary by country, platform, and app-marketplace requirements.
2. INFORMATION PROCESSED BY THE APP
Depending on the platform and the features used, RE Oracle may process the following information.
a) Pseudonymous application identifier
RE Oracle creates or stores a pseudonymous identifier used to:
- maintain purchased question-credit balances;
- associate validated purchases with the correct installation;
- prevent duplicate purchase redemption;
- synchronize credit information with our backend;
- protect the service against fraud, abuse, and duplicate transactions;
- locate server-side records when the user requests support or deletion.
On Apple platforms, this identifier may be stored in Apple Keychain.
On Android, it may be stored in application-specific local storage.
This identifier is not based on the user’s name, email address, telephone number, advertising identifier, IMEI, Apple ID, Google account password, or payment-card number.
Although the identifier is designed to be pseudonymous, it is associated with the App’s credit and purchase-redemption records.
b) Questions and conversation content
When users interact with Classic, Horror, or Troll mode, RE Oracle may process:
- the current question;
- up to ten recent messages from the current conversation, when available;
- the selected mode;
- the selected character or presence;
- the App language;
- instructions required to generate the requested response.
Conversation content may contain free-form text supplied by the user. Users control what they type, but should avoid including identifiable or highly sensitive information about themselves or others.
This information is transmitted through the RE Oracle backend hosted using Cloudflare and then to the artificial-intelligence provider used to generate the response, currently OpenAI.
Processing this content is necessary to provide the conversational feature requested by the user.
Users should not submit:
- passwords;
- payment-card or bank-account information;
- government identification numbers;
- confidential business information;
- medical records;
- highly sensitive personal information;
- personal information belonging to another person without authorization.
Pendulum answers are generated locally on the device. However, the App may contact CloudKit, the RE Oracle backend, or platform services to verify the remaining free-question allowance or consume a purchased question credit.
c) Free-question allowances
Each mode includes five free questions granted once:
- five for Classic;
- five for Horror;
- five for Troll;
- five for Pendulum.
These allowances are independent and do not renew.
On Apple platforms, free-question information may be stored in the user’s private Apple CloudKit database.
This may include:
- remaining free questions for each mode;
- reservation identifiers;
- refund identifiers;
- synchronization dates;
- ledger revisions;
- the mode associated with the latest operation.
On Android, free-question information may be managed through the RE Oracle backend and associated with the pseudonymous application identifier.
Free-question information is used only to operate the allowance system, prevent duplicate use, synchronize the displayed status, and correct failed reservations.
d) Purchased question credits
Our systems may process:
- current credit balance;
- credit-pack quantity;
- successful credit consumption;
- operation identifiers;
- balance synchronization status;
- purchase-redemption status;
- fraud-prevention and duplicate-redemption records.
Purchased credits are shared between the four modes.
A free question does not consume a purchased credit.
A purchased credit is consumed only when a paid operation is processed through the appropriate backend flow.
e) Apple App Store purchase information
On Apple platforms, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and StoreKit.
To verify and redeem a purchase, RE Oracle may process:
- purchased product identifier;
- Apple transaction identifier;
- transaction environment, such as Sandbox or Production;
- signed transaction information supplied by Apple;
- purchase-verification result;
- redemption status;
- number of credits granted;
- whether the transaction was already redeemed.
Resonancia Éter does not receive or store the user’s full payment-card number, bank-account number, Apple ID password, or App Store payment credentials.
Payment processing is performed by Apple under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
f) Google Play purchase information
On Android, purchases are processed through Google Play.
To verify and redeem a purchase, RE Oracle may process:
- purchased product identifier;
- Google Play purchase token;
- package name;
- purchase status;
- purchase-verification result;
- redemption status;
- number of credits granted;
- whether the purchase was already redeemed.
Resonancia Éter does not receive or store the user’s full payment-card number, bank-account number, Google account password, or Google Play payment credentials.
Payment processing is performed by Google under Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
g) Technical, network, and security information
Cloudflare, Apple, Google, OpenAI, and other infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information necessary to operate and protect the service, including:
- IP address;
- request date and time;
- application version;
- operating-system information;
- network and server errors;
- request and response status;
- fraud-prevention information;
- abuse-prevention information;
- security-event information.
This information is used only for:
- service delivery;
- security;
- fraud prevention;
- debugging;
- reliability;
- legal compliance;
- investigating misuse or technical incidents.
h) Information stored locally on the device
RE Oracle may store locally:
- conversation history saved by the user;
- questions and generated responses;
- Pendulum session history;
- application preferences;
- selected language;
- audio and accessibility preferences;
- AI-processing consent status;
- the latest known quota status;
- temporary operation identifiers;
- locally stored content reports.
Saved conversation history is not automatically uploaded as a permanent online archive.
Conversation history remains on the device unless the user deletes it, clears the App’s data, or removes the relevant local installation data.
i) Local content reports
Users may report individual generated responses by selecting the report flag available in supported modes.
Content reports are stored locally on the device and are not automatically sent to Resonancia Éter, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Apple, or Google.
A local report may contain:
- a randomly generated report identifier;
- report date and time;
- selected mode;
- selected report reason;
- optional user comment;
- a cryptographic hash of the reported response;
- application version;
- device locale;
- whether the user chose to include the response text.
The complete response text is stored in the report only when the user expressly selects that option.
Local reports do not intentionally contain:
- the backend user identifier;
- Apple ID;
- Google account;
- transaction identifiers;
- payment information;
- current credit balance;
- complete conversation history.
The App may automatically remove older local reports after the storage limit is reached.
3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT INTENTIONALLY ACCESS OR COLLECT
RE Oracle does not intentionally access or collect:
- contacts or address books;
- precise location;
- photographs or media libraries;
- camera data;
- microphone recordings;
- SMS messages;
- call logs;
- health or fitness records;
- biometric data;
- advertising identifiers;
- IMEI;
- device serial numbers;
- passwords belonging to other services;
- complete payment-card numbers;
- bank-account credentials.
Voice playback uses text-to-speech functionality and does not require the App to record the user’s microphone.
The App does not use personal information for targeted advertising.
4. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information is processed only when reasonably necessary to:
- provide the response requested by the user;
- provide the optional adult fictional role-play and immersive-horror experience selected by the user;
- operate Classic, Horror, Troll, and Pendulum modes;
- maintain the five free questions available in each mode;
- manage purchased question credits;
- validate Apple App Store purchases;
- validate Google Play purchases;
- prevent duplicate credit grants;
- prevent fraud, misuse, and abuse;
- synchronize balances and quota information;
- maintain application security;
- diagnose technical problems;
- provide customer support;
- respond to privacy or deletion requests;
- comply with applicable legal obligations;
- protect the rights, property, and safety of users, Resonancia Éter, and others.
Information is not used for advertising profiling.
5. ARTIFICIAL-INTELLIGENCE PROCESSING
Classic, Horror, and Troll modes use an artificial-intelligence service through the Resonancia Éter backend.
The current processing flow is:
RE Oracle → Cloudflare Worker operated for Resonancia Éter → OpenAI API
The information sent for response generation may include:
- the current question;
- up to ten recent messages from the current conversation;
- the selected mode;
- the selected character or presence;
- the language of the App;
- instructions necessary to generate the requested experience.
This information is used to generate and return the requested response.
Where required, the App presents an in-app disclosure and requests the user’s consent before sending conversation content for artificial-intelligence processing.
Users may decline or withdraw consent. When consent is declined or withdrawn, new AI-based requests are blocked until the user accepts again.
Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete:
- purchased credits;
- purchase-redemption records;
- local history;
- local reports;
- free-question records already created.
Pendulum can generate its Yes, Maybe, or No result locally and does not require conversation content to be sent to the artificial-intelligence provider.
The artificial-intelligence provider may temporarily process or retain submitted content according to its applicable business or API terms, security requirements, abuse-prevention procedures, and legal obligations.
According to OpenAI’s published API data-control documentation, content submitted through the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models by default unless the account holder expressly opts in. OpenAI may retain prompts, responses, and related metadata in abuse-monitoring logs for up to thirty days, unless a longer period is required by law or different approved data-retention controls apply.
Resonancia Éter does not use conversation content for advertising and does not sell it.
AI-generated responses may be fictional, inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or inappropriate.
Horror mode is a voluntary interactive work of fiction for adults. By entering Horror mode, the user participates as a fictional character in a text-based ouija or supernatural-horror scenario. The fictional entity may address that character in the first or second person and may describe fictional threats, violence, possession, pain, body horror, physical contact, or disturbing events as part of the narrative.
Such generated statements are entertainment content only. They are not real threats, predictions, diagnoses, paranormal communications, or verified statements about the user’s body, surroundings, safety, future, or any other person. Second-person language such as “you” refers to the fictional participant within the interactive narrative and does not mean that Resonancia Éter, RE Oracle, OpenAI, Cloudflare, or any other provider can physically act upon, observe, locate, monitor, or harm the user.
If the user enters a name, relationship, object, place, fear, or other personal detail, the AI-generated response may repeat, transform, or incorporate that detail into the fictional narrative. This does not mean that the App independently knew, discovered, verified, or obtained that information from another source.
RE Oracle does not have hidden access to the user’s camera, microphone, contacts, photographs, files, exact location, sensors, messages, other applications, or physical environment. Any generated statement implying supernatural awareness, physical contact, possession, observation, location knowledge, or bodily effects is part of the fictional performance and should not be interpreted as fact.
The user may leave Horror mode or close the conversation at any time. Users who are especially sensitive to intense horror, who are experiencing severe emotional distress, or who are in a real-world crisis should not use Horror mode.
The AI instructions are designed to stop or reduce the fictional horror performance when a message clearly indicates suicidal intent, self-harm intent, immediate danger, active abuse, or a serious real-world crisis, and to respond in calm, non-supernatural language. This safeguard is automated and may not identify every situation. RE Oracle is not an emergency or crisis service.
RE Oracle is intended as an immersive entertainment experience and must not be used as a substitute for:
- medical advice;
- psychological treatment;
- legal advice;
- financial advice;
- emergency services;
- professional decision-making.

When information is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymized, aggregated, or rendered inaccessible, subject to technical backup cycles and legal requirements.
10. DELETING INFORMATION
Users can delete locally saved conversations through the App’s history controls.
Users may also remove local App data by:
- deleting saved history through the App;
- clearing application data on supported Android devices;
- uninstalling the App;
- deleting locally stored application data through the operating system where available.
Uninstalling RE Oracle may not automatically delete:
- information stored in Apple Keychain;

- purchase-redemption records;
- fraud-prevention records;
- server-side records required to maintain purchases or prevent duplicate redemption.
To request deletion of server-side information associated with the pseudonymous application identifier, contact:
info@resonanciaeter.com
The user should provide sufficient information to locate the relevant anonymous record, such as an identifier displayed by the App or supplied during a support request, when available.
Resonancia Éter may request reasonable verification to prevent the unauthorized deletion of another user’s balance or records.
Certain purchase, transaction, fraud-prevention, accounting, chargeback, security, or legal records may need to be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service.
11. USER RIGHTS
Depending on the user’s country or region, users may have the right to:
- request access to personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to certain processing;
- request data portability;
- withdraw consent;
- lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.
To exercise these rights, contact:
info@resonanciaeter.com
Because RE Oracle does not require an account and primarily uses pseudonymous identifiers, Resonancia Éter may be unable to locate particular records unless the user provides the corresponding application or support identifier.
12. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Apple, Google, Cloudflare, OpenAI, and other service providers may process information in countries outside the user’s country of residence, including the United States.
Where required, international transfers are carried out using legally recognized safeguards, contractual protections, adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
13. SECURITY
Resonancia Éter uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including:
- encrypted HTTPS connections;

14. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
RE Oracle is not directed to children under thirteen years of age or below the minimum legal age applicable in the user’s country.
Horror mode is intended only for adults aged eighteen or older. Users must also satisfy any higher minimum age or regional age-rating requirement displayed by the applicable app marketplace.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age.
If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through RE Oracle, they may contact:
info@resonanciaeter.com
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
RE Oracle interacts with third-party services including Apple, Google, Cloudflare, and OpenAI.
OpenAI’s independent privacy and API data-handling information is available through OpenAI’s official privacy and platform documentation.
Their independent processing of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Resonancia Éter is not responsible for unrelated third-party websites, applications, or services operating outside the functionality necessary to provide RE Oracle.
