REQUIREMENTS FOR EARNING CME AND ABIM MOC CREDIT

To receive CME credit and ABIM MOC credit, participants must:

•        Register for the activity.

•        Review the target audience, learning objectives, accreditation statement, credit designation statement, and faculty disclosure information. This information is available on the course overview page.

•        Complete the pre-test.

•        View the educational content.

•        Complete the post-test and achieve a minimum passing score of 70%.

•        Complete and submit the activity evaluation, including questions regarding intended practice changes and quality improvement opportunities.

•        Claim credit and obtain a certificate or transcript no later than July 1, 2029.

•        Successfully complete all required components of the activity.

Upon successful completion of all requirements, participant completion data will be reported through ACCME PARS for the purpose of awarding ABIM Maintenance of Certification (MOC) credit.

Estimated Time to Complete Activity: Each module is between 26 minutes and 60 minutes in length.

ABIM MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATION (MOC)

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 3.75 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

ABIM MOC credit is available in the categories of Medical Knowledge and Practice Assessment.

•        Psychotropic Medication Use in the Nursing Home – 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ / 1.0 ABIM MOC point
