Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Renuka Consultancy, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Insurance and Government e-Service charges are generally non-refundable once the application or process has been initiated.

• Customized Printing products such as Visiting Cards, Pamphlets, Flyers, Bill Books, Letterheads, ID Cards, Photo Prints, Coffee Mugs, T-Shirts, Pillows, Non Woven Bags and other personalized items cannot be cancelled or refunded after design approval or production has started.

• If an order contains a printing error or manufacturing defect from our side, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or solution.

• For any refund or cancellation request, please contact us before the service or printing process begins.
