We want every rider to have a safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience exploring San Juan! Here’s what you need to know before your ride:
Bikes & Gear:
Ride our single-speed beach cruisers with pedal brakes, available in 20" and 26" sizes.
Helmets are included and required for everyone.
Traveling with little ones? We offer a child seat for infants (up to 3 years old or 36 lbs / 16 kg).
Who Can Ride:
Age: 14 – 69 years old
Height: 4.5 ft (1.2 m) – 6.3 ft (1.92 m) | Weight: under 225 lbs / 105 kg
Riders should know how to ride a bicycle. We’ll do a brief tryout to make sure you’re comfortable and safe.
What to Wear:
Comfortable clothes for exercise and closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops or sandals).
Health & Accessibility:
Guests should be in good physical condition.
Wheelchairs, canes, and strollers cannot be accommodated on our tours.
Extras for a Great Ride:
A water bottle is provided on every tour to keep you refreshed.
Tips are never required, but appreciated for exceptional service from our guides
