Welcome to Rent N Drive Indore. By booking or using our self-drive car rental services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Eligibility
The renter must be at least 21 years old.
A valid Driving License is mandatory.
Original government-approved ID proof must be provided at the time of pickup verification.
Rent N Drive Indore reserves the right to verify customer documents prior to vehicle handover.
2. Booking & Vehicle Handover
Full or partial advance rental payment is required to confirm the booking.
A refundable safety guarantee (or equivalent two-wheeler vehicle pledge) is required at vehicle pickup and is released after vehicle return inspection.
Booking extensions are subject to vehicle availability.
Rental payments once made are non-refundable unless approved by management.
3. Vehicle Usage Rules
The vehicle must only be driven by the authorized driver registered during booking.
Rash driving, racing, drifting, over-speeding, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed unless prior permission is granted.
The vehicle must not be used for commercial transport, towing, or off-road driving.
4. Fuel & FASTag Policy
Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same fuel level.
All toll charges, parking charges, and traffic challans incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the customer.
FASTag toll charges will be billed separately upon vehicle return.
5. Cleanliness & Damage Policy
Customers are expected to maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle.
Excessive dirt, stains, smoking smell, or interior garbage will attract deep cleaning charges.
Any damage to the vehicle including scratches, dents, tire damage, interior damage, or missing accessories will be assessed and billed to the customer.
In case of major accidental damage, vehicle insurance terms and company policy guidelines will apply.
6. Return Schedule
Customers must return the vehicle on or before the agreed drop-off time.
Late returns will attract additional hourly or daily rental charges.
Failure to inform team Rent N Drive Indore about schedule delays in advance may result in late penalties.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation processing charges may apply depending on the notice timing.
No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
8. Breakdown & Assistance
In case of a mechanical fault or accident, customers must immediately notify Rent N Drive Indore.
Customers must not attempt unauthorized mechanical repairs.
Emergency roadside assistance will be coordinated based on location and service availability.
9. Traffic Violations
All traffic violations, e-challans, parking fines, or police penalties during the rental period shall be borne entirely by the customer.
Pending violation charges may be adjusted against the refundable safety guarantee balance upon vehicle inspection.
10. Liability
Rent N Drive Indore is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
The customer assumes responsibility for the vehicle during the active rental period.
Rent N Drive Indore reserves the right to terminate the rental service without refund in case of severe policy violations.
11. Privacy & Verification
Customer documents and contact details are collected strictly for booking verification, identity confirmation, and regulatory compliance.
Customer data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties without consent, except when required by legal authorities.
12. Modification of Terms
Rent N Drive Indore reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
