These Terms of Use govern your use of Rent Guard Dubai, developed and operated by ALILOU DIGITAL LTD.
By using Rent Guard Dubai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Purpose of the App
Rent Guard Dubai is a tenancy organization tool designed to help users organize rental contracts, evidence documents, renewal dates, notice deadlines, rent checks, professional letters, and case file PDF exports.
The app is intended for educational, organizational, and record-keeping purposes only.
2. No Legal Advice
Rent Guard Dubai does not provide legal advice.
Information, calculations, letters, reminders, checklists, and PDF reports generated by the app are provided for organization and communication purposes only.
You should consult a qualified legal professional or the appropriate official authority before making legal, financial, or tenancy-related decisions.
3. No Government Affiliation
Rent Guard Dubai is not affiliated with Dubai Land Department, RERA, or any government authority.
The app does not represent any official government service and does not guarantee that any calculation, letter, or report will be accepted by any authority, landlord, tenant, agent, or court.
4. User-Entered Information
The app relies on information entered by you.
You are responsible for ensuring that all contract details, rent amounts, dates, notice dates, documents, and other information entered into the app are accurate and up to date.
We are not responsible for incorrect results caused by inaccurate or incomplete user-entered information.
5. Rent Increase and Notice Tools
The rent increase and notice tools are designed to help users organize and estimate information based on values entered manually.
The app does not scrape, verify, or retrieve official rental index data from DLD, RERA, or any government website.
You are responsible for checking official sources and obtaining professional advice when needed.
6. Evidence Vault and Documents
The Evidence Vault helps you organize documents, photos, and notes on your device.
You are responsible for keeping your device, documents, exports, and backups secure.
The app is not a certified legal evidence storage service and does not guarantee that any document will be accepted as evidence in any legal or official process.
7. Professional Letters
The letter generator provides template-based communication drafts.
Generated letters are not legal opinions, legal notices, or official documents. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any letter before sending it.
8. Case File PDF
The Case File PDF is an organizational report generated from information stored in the app.
The PDF is not an official legal filing, legal opinion, or government document.
9. Pro Features and Purchases
Rent Guard Dubai may offer optional Pro features through Apple In-App Purchases, including subscriptions and lifetime unlocks.
Pro features may include:
- Unlimited tenancy contracts
- Unlimited evidence storage
- Professional letters
- Renewal and notice reminders
- Case File PDF export
- Saved checker results
Available products may include monthly subscription, yearly subscription, and lifetime unlock.
10. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Apple handles subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests according to Apple’s terms and policies.
11. Lifetime Unlock
A lifetime unlock, if offered, is a one-time non-consumable purchase that unlocks Pro features for the app version and platform where it is available, subject to these Terms and continued app availability.
A lifetime unlock does not guarantee that the app, features, operating system compatibility, or external platform requirements will remain unchanged forever.
12. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through Apple’s refund process.
We do not directly process refunds for App Store purchases.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Misrepresent generated letters or PDFs as official government documents
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the app
- Use the app to harass, threaten, or mislead others
- Upload or store unlawful content in the app
14. Intellectual Property
Rent Guard Dubai, including its design, branding, text, features, and software, is owned by ALILOU DIGITAL LTD or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without permission.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific legal, financial, or tenancy situation.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALILOU DIGITAL LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages arising from your use of the app.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, tenancy disputes, financial loss, missed deadlines, rejected documents, or reliance on generated letters or reports.
17. Changes to the App
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.
Some features may change over time to improve performance, comply with platform requirements, or meet legal and policy obligations.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
