By accessing or using the RentFinder mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), including by clicking “Register” or submitting an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), which govern your access to and use of RentFinder.

1. Account Registration

By creating an account with RentFinder, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and will be kept up to date. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and account. Unless explicitly authorized by RentFinder through a commercial agreement, you may only use the Services for transactions on your own behalf.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use RentFinder for any unlawful, harmful, or misleading activities. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Fraudulent Listings: Posting false or misleading rental information.

• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing other users

• Data Harvesting: Scraping or collecting user data without permission.

• Malicious Activity: Introducing malware, attempting to hack, or disrupt functionality.

• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else, including RentFinder staff.

• Privacy Violations: Sharing others' personal data without consent.

• Misrepresentation: Providing incorrect rental pricing, availability, or contact info.

• Unauthorized Access: Reverse engineering or tampering with the app’s code.

• Illegal Use: Engaging in unlawful activity or promoting illegal conduct.

• Any Harmful Behavior: That undermines user trust, app functionality, or legal obligations.
  
  

Violations may lead to account suspension or removal, listing deletion, or legal action, at RentFinder’s sole discretion.

4. User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, honesty, and legality of any information you provide in the app, including but not limited to contact numbers, rental details, and personal data.

• RentFinder does not verify the ownership or validity of submitted phone numbers or other user-inputted data.

• We are not liable for any consequences, disputes, or damages resulting from false, misleading, or inaccurate information provided by users.

• Misuse of the platform, including providing fake details or impersonating others, may result in account restrictions, removal of listings, or permanent bans.
  
  

Please use the platform responsibly. If you encounter suspicious or inaccurate information, report it through the app or contact our support.

5. Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant RentFinder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display your input for any purpose—including product improvement and marketing.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Ownership of Content

All content on RentFinder—including text, images, graphics, and software—is the property of RentFinder and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

By uploading content (e.g., rental listings, images, or descriptions), you:

• Warrant that you own or have rights to the content.

• Grant RentFinder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish the content for platform functionality and promotion.
  
  

Copyright Complaints

If you believe your copyrighted content has been used improperly:

• Send a written notice to Rentfinder20@gmail.com with proof of ownership and details of the violation.
  
  

• If you believe content was removed in error, submit a counter-notification to the same email.
  
  

7. Other Terms

Any terms not explicitly covered in this document that are necessary for fulfilling the goals of this agreement shall be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties and attached as an addendum.
This clause ensures:

• Flexibility for future updates or business needs.

• Both parties must agree in writing to any amendments.
  
  

8. Consent to Communication

By using RentFinder, you consent to receiving electronic communications related to your account and services. These may include:

• Notifications

• Updates

• Payment reminders

Communication Methods: Email, SMS, in-app notifications, or other electronic means.

You may opt out of non-essential communications via your account settings, but essential service-related messages may still be sent.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or app. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
