- Providers and Users may exchange contact details to complete rentals; those interactions may occur outside the Platform and are outside RentAny’s control.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Account information: name, email, password (stored/managed by authentication providers), phone number (if provided).
- Profile information: display name, bio, avatar, company status/verification details (if applicable).
- Listings content: titles, descriptions, images, category, city, pricing display (as shown in listings), availability settings, and any other listing details you submit.
- Communications: messages, booking requests, notes, and other content shared through the Platform.
- Support communications: information you provide when contacting support.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: app events, pages/screens viewed, interactions, timestamps, device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP (not precise GPS unless you grant permission), crash logs, performance logs.
- Cookies/SDKs (if applicable): analytics identifiers and similar technologies used to operate and improve the Platform.
3.3 Information from third parties
- Authentication/session data provided by identity providers (e.g., email verification status).
- If Providers are verified, we may receive or review business verification documents and related metadata (subject to your separate consent and applicable law).

- Provide advertising/featured listing services to Providers (e.g., billing/contact administration for Featured Services).

6.1 Service providers
Vendors who help us operate the Platform (hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tooling). They are authorized to process data only to provide services to RentAny.
6.2 Providers and other Users

- Messages/booking requests you send.

Important: once you share information with another user/provider, their handling of it is outside RentAny’s control.
