At RentalRoadies, we value your trust.
Roadies Premium+ Subscriptions:
These are digital services. Once activated, they are non-refundable. If you face technical issues, contact support for a manual fix.
Vehicle Rentals: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the booking time are eligible for a 100% refund. Late cancellations may incur a 25% fee.
Process: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Bank/UPI) within 5–7 business days.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
All Roadies Premium+ features are digital and are delivered instantly to your account via the Roadies App upon successful payment. No physical delivery is involved.
