Giovanni & Lucia Rooms - In honor of Giovanni and Lucia

The apartment Giovanni and Lucia Rooms is dedicated to two great people who are no longer there: my grandfather Giovanni and my great aunt Lucia.

Aunt Lucia, whose feet I used to tickle while she slept when I was five, passed away first in her sleep. She was a very sweet and independent woman who strongly believed in equality. She leaves me the room where now there is the kitchen of the apartment. Aunt Lucia was very attached to this property that she earned with a lot of effort and work.

Grandpa Giovanni passed away shortly before Covid. He left me the main room of the apartment. Grandpa Giovanni was a good man who worked hard all of his life for his family. Unfortunately, cancer took him away from us too soon.

In their honor I wanted to transform this apartment into a holiday home that could accommodate tourists and guests in the beautiful town of Agerola. They would have been very happy to see these two chambers formed in an independent apartment to visit Agerola.

These two rooms were first two stables in the 70s, then a kitchen and a cold room in the 80s, finally a dining room with a kitchen in the 90s - '00s.

In 2023 I decided to use my savings to turn them into an independent holiday apartment. My next goal is to work on the two second floors.
