THESE ARE THE INDUSTRY STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS THAT WE REQUIRE TO RENT A HOME FROM US.

It is FREE to complete this application! If you want to rent the home AFTER seeing it, you will need to pay a fee of $35 per adult applicant.

If we find that you live a dirty lifestyle, have noise and domestic complaints, drugs, violent criminal history, have a history of not paying your bills, have any evictions in the past 5 years or lie on this application, YOU WILL BE DENIED or EVICTED IMMEDIATLY.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • Good References from previous legitimate landlords or property management companies.


  • Verifiable proof of STABLE and PREDICTABLE income or employment. If you are self-employed, you must show tax returns and/or bank account statements of your consistent proof of income. If you work cash under-the-table, A LETTER FROM YOUR DAD OR BOSS DOES NOT COUNT.


  • Predictable Net Income (after taxes) needs to be at least 3x the amount of the rent. Tips, Child Support, or Commission only based income is not counted.

NOTE: *If you are unable to show proof of income but have a large amount of money saved up, you could possibly pay several months in advance or additional deposit.


  • Large dog breeds are NOT ACCEPTED. Medium dog breeds that even resemble a rot, pit, bulldog, lab, boxer, or anything else close to pit-bulls are NOT ACCEPTED. Our insurance doesn't allow it. Sorry.


  • No recent evictions in the past 5 years by ANY party who will be living in the home.


  • You must have all the agreed money to move in. Example of typical move-in fees:

First Month's Rent, Move in fee, Additional pet fees or deposit, Application fees
