THESE ARE THE INDUSTRY STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS THAT WE REQUIRE TO RENT A HOME FROM US.
It is FREE to complete this application! If you want to rent the home AFTER seeing it, you will need to pay a fee of $35 per adult applicant.
If we find that you live a dirty lifestyle, have noise and domestic complaints, drugs, violent criminal history, have a history of not paying your bills, have any evictions in the past 5 years or lie on this application, YOU WILL BE DENIED or EVICTED IMMEDIATLY.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
Good References from previous legitimate landlords or property management companies.
Verifiable proof of STABLE and PREDICTABLE income or employment. If you are self-employed, you must show tax returns and/or bank account statements of your consistent proof of income. If you work cash under-the-table, A LETTER FROM YOUR DAD OR BOSS DOES NOT COUNT.
Predictable Net Income (after taxes) needs to be at least 3x the amount of the rent. Tips, Child Support, or Commission only based income is not counted.
NOTE: *If you are unable to show proof of income but have a large amount of money saved up, you could possibly pay several months in advance or additional deposit.
Large dog breeds are NOT ACCEPTED. Medium dog breeds that even resemble a rot, pit, bulldog, lab, boxer, or anything else close to pit-bulls are NOT ACCEPTED. Our insurance doesn't allow it. Sorry.
No recent evictions in the past 5 years by ANY party who will be living in the home.
You must have all the agreed money to move in. Example of typical move-in fees:
