2 Step - Agreement Prepared - We prepare a rent agreement draft & send both parties for review. We only need soft copies of the Aadhar Card of the Tenant and PAN, the Aadhar card of the Owner along with complete Property Address.

3 Step - Door Step registration Service - We visit your location to capture your photos through a webcam and we will verify your fingerprints with Aadhar. At the Scheduled time Owner, Tenant & any 2 Witnesses should be present.

4 Step - Get a Registered document - You will receive the Registered copy of the Agreement within 3 to 4 working days by E-mail.

Use/Benefits Of Registered Rent Agreement :-

1- Address Proof - The most important use of a rent agreement is, it can be used as legal address proof for banking, School Admission, Passport, Gas connections.

2- Income Tax - You can claim HRA under Income Tax Section 80 GG with The Registered Rent Agreement.

3- New Vehicle Registration - If you purchase a new car or bike, you are required to have a Registered Rent Agreement with Police Verification mandatory. Please Note: Notarized agreement is not a valid document for RTO registration.

Be aware of frauders giving registered rent agreements at low cost by just editing the soft copy.

Agreement Charges and Payment-

Agreement Charges - 1 Year Agreement -Rent Rs-10,000/- Deposit Rs 30,000/- Sign in One Visit With Owner and Tenant, With police Intimation.

The Agreement cost is RS - 2,300/-

( *Like the rent deposit and tenure changes, similarly the agreement charges also change.)
