Basant Lab ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Renovation Calculator Android application.
This Privacy Policy explains how Renovation Calculator accesses, stores, uses, and shares information when you use the application.
Renovation Calculator does not currently require users to create an account or provide personal information such as a name, email address, phone number, or home address to use its calculator and project-management features.
Renovation Calculator allows you to create renovation projects and perform calculations.
Information entered into the app may include:

Calculator inputs
Quantities
Estimated costs
Calculation types
Other values required by the available calculators
This information is used to provide the application's calculation, cost-estimation, and project-management functionality.
Renovation Calculator does not currently operate its own server or online database for storing this project information.
Saved projects and calculations are stored locally on your Android device using the application's local storage.
This may include project names, calculation inputs, quantities, calculation types, and calculated costs.
Renovation Calculator does not currently synchronize these projects with an online account or cloud database operated by Basant Lab.
If you uninstall the application or clear its application data, locally stored project information may be deleted.
The free version of Renovation Calculator displays advertisements using the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share certain information for purposes including advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
According to Google's current documentation, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share:
IP address
User product interactions, such as app launches and taps
Diagnostic information
Device and account identifiers, including advertising identifiers and app set identifiers where applicable
Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
Google may use information collected through its advertising services to provide, measure, and improve advertising and related services.

Renovation Calculator currently uses Google Mobile Ads as a third-party advertising service.
Third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and applicable settings.
Basant Lab does not control the information independently processed by these third-party services.
Renovation Calculator requires Internet access for functionality such as loading advertisements and communicating with applicable third-party services.
The application does not currently upload saved project or calculation information to a Basant Lab server.
Renovation Calculator does not currently require users to provide personally identifiable information to use its core calculator and project-management features.
The application does not currently require:
An email address
A phone number
A user account
A password
A home address
Contacts
Camera access
Microphone access
Location access
Photo or video access
Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information into project names or calculator fields.
Project and calculation information stored locally by Renovation Calculator remains on the user's device until it is deleted by the user, removed through Android application-data controls, or removed as a result of uninstalling the application, subject to Android device behavior.
Because Renovation Calculator does not currently maintain an online user account or server containing these project records, Basant Lab does not have a server-side project database from which these records can be separately deleted.
Information processed by third-party services may be retained according to those services' respective policies and retention practices.
Basant Lab takes reasonable measures appropriate to Renovation Calculator to protect information handled by the application.
Project and calculation information is stored locally within the application's Android storage.
Information transmitted or processed by third-party services is subject to the security practices of those services.
Google states that information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Renovation Calculator is not specifically designed for children.
The application does not knowingly request personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the application, please contact us using the contact information below.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application's functionality, third-party services, or data practices change.
When changes are made, the updated effective date will be displayed at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
