Renewli (“the App”, “we”, “our”) is a reminder and document organization app developed by Stygone. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App may collect, how it is used, and how users can contact us.

1. Information We Collect

Renewli may allow users to create reminders, notes, attach documents, attach images, and optionally take photos using the device camera. This information is created and managed by the user inside the App.

The App may request access to:

- Camera: to let users take photos and attach them to reminders or notes.

- Photos or media library: to let users select images or files as attachments.

- Notifications: to send reminder notifications.

- Storage or files: to attach and manage user-selected documents.

We do not use the camera or photos for any purpose other than features chosen by the user.

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

Renewli may offer in-app purchases, such as removing ads or optional tips. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase status and entitlements.

RevenueCat may process purchase-related information such as product identifiers, transaction status, app user identifiers, and purchase history. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

3. Advertising

Renewli may display ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect or use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostic information to provide and measure ads.

Users in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom can manage their ad consent choices through the App's Settings screen. All users can also manage ad personalization through their Google account or device settings.

4. Analytics and Diagnostics

The App may collect limited technical information needed to maintain functionality, diagnose issues, and improve performance. This may include app version, device type, crash information, and basic usage events.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

- provide reminders and app features,

- allow users to attach documents and photos,

- send local notifications,

- process and restore purchases,

- display and manage ads,

- improve app stability and functionality.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell users’ personal data.

Some data may be processed by third-party services used by the App, including:

- Google Play, for app distribution and purchases,

- RevenueCat, for in-app purchase management,

- Google AdMob, for advertising,

- Google services, for Android platform functionality.

These services process data according to their own privacy policies.

7. Data Storage and Security

User-created reminders, notes, documents, and attachments may be stored locally on the user’s device unless a feature explicitly states otherwise. Users are responsible for managing their device backups and security.

We take reasonable steps to protect data, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Users can delete reminders, notes, attachments, or app data inside the App where available. Users can also uninstall the App to remove local app data from their device.

Purchase records may remain available through Google Play and RevenueCat as required for purchase validation, restoration, fraud prevention, legal, and accounting purposes.

9. Children’s Privacy

Renewli is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
