The department of Renewable Energy Engineering offers all the graduates in field of technology & engineering and masters in the field of pure science an opportunity to be specialized in the field of renewable energy through master’s in technology and PhD in Technology.

M.Tech.:

Programme: 2-year 4-semester MTech course in Renewable Energy.

Intake Capacity: 30

Admission: Through PGET conducted by MAKAUT, WB.

Eligibility: BTech/BE in any discipline of Engineering and Technology and MSc in any branch of Science (Except bio-sciences)

Ph.D.:

Department is offering Full Time/ Regular PhD degree in Energy Studies. Notification for PhD comes out twice in a year. Interested candidates are requested to follow the University website regularly to be updated regarding the PhD admission.
