Terms and Conditions for RendrFlow

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mohammad Saif Ansari (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the RendrFlow mobile application (“RendrFlow,” “the App,” or “the Service”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RendrFlow, you:

• Acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms

• Agree to be bound by them

• Agree to our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference)
  
  

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use RendrFlow, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, and

• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to use the App. Parents/guardians are responsible for the minor’s activities on the App.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Except for User Content (defined below), all content, features, design, UI elements, algorithms, AI models, trademarks, and proprietary components of the App are the exclusive property of Mohammad Saif Ansari or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the App’s content

• Modify, adapt, translate, or prepare derivative works

• Use our trademarks without permission

• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

All rights are reserved.

4. License to Use the App

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a:

• Personal

• Non-exclusive

• Non-transferable

• Revocable

license to install and use RendrFlow on your Android device solely for personal and non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App

• Use the App for any commercial or automated processing workflow unless explicitly authorized

• Use scripts or bots to access the App

The license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

5. User Content

“User Content” refers to any images, files, or media you import, process, or modify using the App.

Your Rights

• You retain full ownership and control of your User Content, including the processed (upscaled/enhanced) output. 

• We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
  
  

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the right to use the content

• Content does not violate copyright, privacy, or other laws

• Content is lawful and appropriate
  
  

You must not process content that is:

• Exploitative

• Illegal

• Pornographic involving minors

• Hate-based or threatening

• Violent, harmful, or abusive
  
  

Our Access

RendrFlow operates on-device. Therefore:

• We do not receive, collect, store, transmit, or review your User Content

• We cannot restore, recover, or back up your images

• We do not monitor how you use your images

You are solely responsible for backups.

6. Acceptable Use Restrictions (Prohibited Uses)

You agree not to use the App for:

6.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities

Including:

• Violating any laws

• Creating misleading or harmful content

• Impersonating others
  
  

6.2 Disruptive or Malicious Behavior

Including:

• Malware distribution

• Attempting to bypass security

• Overloading or harming systems
  
  

6.3 Technical Misuse

Such as:

• Modifying, reverse engineering, or analyzing the app's internal components

• Attempting to extract the app’s AI models, assets, or code

6.4 Privacy & Intellectual Property Violations

You must not:

• Process copyrighted material you do not own

• Process private images without the subject’s consent

7. Updates, Modifications & Maintenance

7.1 Mandatory Updates

We may release:

• Security patches

• Bug fixes

• New features

We may require you to update the App to continue using it.

7.2 Feature Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature

• Introduce new features (including paid ones)

• Change the appearance or functionality of the App

We are not liable for any loss resulting from discontinued features.

8. Third-Party Services

RendrFlow may use:

• Google AdMob

• Google Analytics

• Firebase Crashlytics

• Hugging Face for AI model downloads 

These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

We are not responsible for:

• The functionality of third-party services

• Their content

• Their privacy practices

You must comply with third-party terms when using features that rely on them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” basis.

We make no warranties regarding:

• Uptime, reliability, or availability

• Accuracy of AI-generated results

• Suitability for commercial or professional use

• Non-infringement of rights

• Error-free operation

You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

• This includes damages for:

  1. Image loss

  2. Data corruption

  3. Device malfunction

  4. Loss of profits

  5. Loss of goodwill

  6. Inaccurate AI outcomes

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid (if applicable) to use the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless:

• Mohammad Saif Ansari

• Our partners, employees, and developers

from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the App

• Your User Content

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

12. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms

• Required by law

• Required by Google Play policies
  
  

Upon termination:

• You must stop using the App

• You must uninstall it

• All licenses granted to you will immediately terminate

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

You agree to attempt informal resolution first by contacting us.

14. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable:

• That provision will be modified to the minimum extent required

• All remaining provisions remain in effect

15. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right or any other right.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App’s use.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be shown by updating the “Last Updated” date.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
