1. GENERAL

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

I put care and intention into every piece I create. Because of that, I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel the request is not the right fit. This decision is always made before any payment is taken.

2. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Work begins only after full payment has been received.

Before we begin, I make sure everything is clearly discussed so you can feel confident in your order.

Please note: once a commission is approved, refunds are no longer available.

3. USAGE

All commissions are for personal use unless agreed otherwise.

You may:

• use your artwork as a profile picture

• share it on social media

• include it in personal projects (DnD, roleplay, etc.)

If you wish to use the artwork for monetized digital content (YouTube, Twitch, etc.), feel free to ask, I’m open to discussing options.

Commercial use (merchandise, resale, etc.) must be arranged separately and requires additional permission and pricing.

4. COPYRIGHT

All rights to the artwork remain with the Artist.

I may showcase completed works in my portfolio or on social media, unless an NDA has been agreed upon.

Your characters and ideas remain yours - always.

5. PROCESS & DELIVERY

I work through commissions in a queue (first come, first served) - each piece takes time and attention.

Work begins after sketch approval.

• Standard turnaround time: up to 1 month.

• More detailed pieces may take longer. I will always keep you informed.

You will receive updates approximately once per week, and more frequently during key stages.

If I don’t receive a response within 7 days, your commission may be paused while I move forward with others in the queue.

6. REVISIONS

I want the final piece to feel right for both of us ✨

You are welcome to request unlimited revisions during the sketch stage, so we can shape the idea together.

However, if more than 10 revision requests are made without clear direction or consistent feedback, I reserve the right to limit further free revisions.

Once the sketch is approved and rendering begins:

• further changes will be treated as paid revisions

The cost of revisions depends on complexity and may range from 5% to 100% of the total commission price.

If I make a mistake that contradicts your provided references, I will correct it at no extra cost.
