1.1 By buying a commission, you indicate that you have read the terms of service and agree to them!
1.2 I reserve the right to refuse the customer without giving a reason prior to payment or with a refund at sketch stage!
COPYRIGHTS:
2.1 The copyright remains with me, the artist. If you wish to use the commissioned work for commercial purposes, please contact me.
2.2 I reserve the right to display my art by publishing all my works in my galleries. i also reserve the right to sell my work.
2.3 You may not modify my drawings without my consent!
2.4 I reserve the right to alter any of my drawings that you have commissioned for publication in my galleries.
2.5 If you purchase a character that i created, it does not change the fact that the copyright on the character belongs to me, the artist. you may not sell or use for commercial purposes any designs i've created without my permission. If you choose to purchase the character for commercial purposes, you must notify me in advance so that we can enter into a partnership. Should rule 2.5 be broken i will have to cancel your purchase.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS:
3.1 Payment is via Hipolink / PayPal / Boosty / bank card
3.2 Payment plans are available.
3.3 I do not refund after order approval, please be sure to read all of my terms of service!
INFORMATION FOR THE CUSTOMER:
4.1 Before agreeing on a price and paying for the order, please send me a detailed description of the task in text form. After i have read your job, i agree to process your order, we agree on a price, and we discuss an estimated time of completion, only after that can we move on to point 4.2
4.2 I will only start to process your order after full payment. Please let me know when you have made payment. I will proceed to process your order after the payment has been made. the same applies to the payment plan. Only after the full amount has been paid will i proceed to process your order.
4.3 I try to complete orders as they come in, but there may be exceptions depending on my creative mood. In order to avoid mistakes in the execution of my work, i can switch between the orders so as not to overload myself with one job.
4.4 I always make a sketch for customer's approval before proceeding with a complete job. You may ask me to add or correct certain things in the sketch at no charge. I do sketches for your approval regardless of the queue. but the order itself will already be completed on a first-come, first-served basis.
4.5 The speed of my work on your order depends on the complexity of your order and the workload of your order list. You can always check with me to see how your order is progressing.
4.6 Free edits to the work are only possible in the sketch version. Free edits are not available once the job is ready. I can only fix minor details and my personal mistakes. all other changes will be available for a fee.
4.7 The amount of the chargeable changes depends on the complexity and cost of the job. The cost of a single edit may vary from 5% to 100% of the price of the order.
