1. I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?
Ensure that you are entering the same email and password you used during registration. If you still cannot log in, please contact support for manual assistance.
2. How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account by going to the Settings screen within the app and selecting Manage Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your data from our database.
3. I didn’t receive a notification for a reminder.
Ensure that Remura has permission to send notifications in your phone’s Settings. If the issue persists, please restart the app and verify that reminders are enabled.
4. How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Please email your feedback or bug report to the support email listed above. We welcome your suggestions to make Remura better for seniors and caregivers.
Remura does not sell or share your data.
All user information — including names, emails, and reminders — is securely stored using Firebase, a Google Cloud platform. Data is only used to enable the app’s core functionality.
