It is heartbreaking to reveal that Judge Jackson has repeatedly chosen to position children in an environment of sexual and physical abuse, a devastating circumstance that is unequivocally unacceptable.

Judge Charlene Jackson has demonstrated a dangerous pattern of granting full custody to sexual abusers, blatantly stating 'personal motives' while usurping safe parents' rights to protect their children. She imposes no-contact orders on these innocent parents, hindering their ability to monitor their children's well-being. As members of this community, it defies comprehension that an individual, herself previously protected against domestic abuse, could turn a blind eye to such heinous acts of child endangerment.

Per The National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project, Inc., judges are required to "uphold the integrity and independence of the judiciary" and "avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety in all their activities." Judge Jackson's actions blatantly flout this fundamental ethical principle, subjecting innocent children to potentially lifelong trauma as solidified by countless studies.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Charlene Jackson has made a name for herself as a "rogue" Judge. Many law firms have her blacklisted, refusing to accept new clients with cases already assigned to Jackson, as they would rather suck start their pistol than enter her courtroom. Fellow Judges are embarassed and ashamed of the mockery Jackson is making of the Judiciary while she blatently commits crimes from her bench.

Maricopa County Family Court Judge Charlene Jackson faces possible termination, civil action and criminal charges amid allegations of Judicial misconduct. Jackson repeatedly fails to comply with Arizona Law while depriving litigants of their State and Federally Protected Constitutional Rights. Jackson habitually places victims of Domestic Violence and Child Abuse in danger, while protecting their abusers. Jackson ignores Jurisdictional requisites. Jackson issues rulings based on her personal relationships with attorneys and litigants that she fails to disclose. Jackson demonstrates a pattern of Judicial misconduct including participating in racist, bias, and unethical conduct. When Judges violate the rights we entrust them with defending, while breaking the laws we expect them to uphold, they undermine the legitimacy of the Judicial system. Jackson is harming Arizona citizens, especially the most vulnerable population of Children and Abuse Victims. Additionally, she took away custody from a mother, despite her detailed documentation of abuse and awarded it to an abusive father who is a Mesa PD Officer (See: https://www.tiktok.com/@tales_from_hell ) These and other decisions have intensified concerns about Judge Jackson's judicial conduct and her commitment to protecting children in custody cases, completely ignoring the focus of the best interest of a child.

Judge Jackson's decisions have been condemned for violating mothers' due process rights, showing preferential treatment towards abusers, and involving multiple questionable acts within the courtroom. These actions have raised serious questions about her impartiality and the protection of children under her jurisdiction, underscoring the need for a thorough investigation into judicial practices in Maricopa County.

Unmasking Judicial Misconduct: How Judge Charlene Jackson's Muted Remarks Compromise Fairness in Maricopa County Courtrooms 

On multiple occasions, Judge Charlene Jackson of Maricopa County has improperly silenced the For The Record (FTR) audio recordings, revealing opinions that she knows contravene legal standards and violate the Arizona Code of Judicial Conduct. These comments, made during court proceedings, ought to have been included in the official record. By muting the recordings, Judge Jackson has attempted to evade judicial oversight, thereby compromising the litigants' entitlement to a thorough and precise record of the proceedings, which is crucial for any future review. Access to a complete record is vital for maintaining fairness and preserving the integrity of the judicial system - which is non-existent in Jackson's Courtroom.

In a notable instance, Judge Jackson muted the FTR and openly stated that she had "personal motives" concerning the case being discussed. Attorneys present in the courtroom provided sworn affidavits that detailed their recollections of what Judge Jackson expressed while the FTR was silenced. This raises significant concerns about transparency and accountability within the judicial process, as such remarks should be part of the public record to ensure that all parties are provided with a fair proceeding. 

In my own experience, Judge Jackson acknowledged that she deliberately placed her jurisdictional ruling from a poorly conducted UCCJEA conference into a non-appealable order (minute order). This action effectively barred me from seeking relief from the Appellate Court regarding her unconstitutional ruling. Such maneuvers not only undermine the principles of justice but also highlight the urgent need for oversight and reform within the Maricopa County Family Court to protect the rights of litigants and uphold Arizona law. 

Our Fight for Courtroom Footage of Judge Jackson's Controversial Actions 

Several litigants, including myself, reached out to Maricopa County Court Security in an effort to secure the courtroom footage that captured Judge Jackson muting the FTR system, a move we believe was intended to obscure her inappropriate remarks and admissions of misconduct made off the record. The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department, responsible for courthouse security, informed me that the security cameras inside the courtroom operate continuously, recording 24 hours a day, even outside of court sessions, and clarified that the FTR recording system functions independently from the courthouse security cameras. We were directed to contact Ken Crenshaw to request the courtroom footage, but he relayed the same disappointing news to all of us: allegedly the security cameras were either muted or the footage from the security cameras in the courtroom was unavailable. In our pursuit of clarity, we approached the legal department at FTR, which indicated that they might still be able to retrieve audio or media files despite the FTR system being muted, and they are currently processing our requests for the muted footage. We remain optimistic that law enforcement will secure the courtroom security camera footage, irrespective of FTR's ability to recover the muted recordings. Additionally, it is crucial that the Court Reporter is interviewed to assess how frequently Judge Jackson mutes the FTR system to hide her inappropriate comments or verbal admissions of misconduct, as muting FTR recordings constitutes evidence tampering, a serious offense under Arizona law.

Judge Jackson's Actions Demand Immediate Attention and Reform 

The ramifications of Judge Jackson's decisions extend well beyond the individual cases she presides over, gradually eroding the public's trust in the judicial system. When judges choose to obscure their comments from official records, they create an environment where accountability is severely compromised. Maintaining high standards of conduct is vital for preserving the integrity of the judiciary, and Judge Jackson's actions represent a significant threat to the foundational principles of justice. 

The turmoil surrounding Judge Jackson has emerged as a glaring judicial embarrassment, particularly for her superiors who have neglected to intervene and curb her troubling conduct from escalating to such concerning levels. This scenario highlights the urgent necessity for enhanced judicial oversight in Arizona, as the current lack of intervention allows for a culture of impunity to flourish within the court system. 

As the situation unfolds, it becomes increasingly clear that the implications of Judge Jackson's behavior are not just personal but resonate throughout the entire judicial framework. The failure of those in positions of authority to address her actions raises serious questions about the effectiveness of oversight mechanisms in place, underscoring the pressing need for reforms that ensure accountability and uphold the rule of law. Specifically the fitness of the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct, Family Court Presiding Judge Ronda Fisk, and the Mariopa County Superior Court Presiding Judge Joseph Welty are being called into question.

Unusual court records raise 'misconduct' concerns in child custody cases

In raising another irregularity, pieces of recordings of hearings are missing, especially where Jackson admits to intentionally issuing rulings in non-appealable formats (minute orders) and admits she has personal motives to issue rulings in another case. 

Jackson's comments she made while the FTR recordings were turned off should have been included in the record as the comments were made during court proceedings. 

Instead Jackson purposely muted the record to protect herself from Judicial review. 

Turning off the tape prior to the close of the hearing violates the litigants ability to have a record of the proceedings the court can review. 

Citing concerns of "misconduct," victims of Jackson are taking the steps necessary to prevent this from happening to any other individual including filing appropriate complaints with the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct and referring the matter to law enforcement to investigate possible criminal activity such as:

Destruction of evidence in the form of missing FTR audio files and disposing of filings or evidence litigants submitted to the court; possible witness tampering; civil rights violations; official misconduct; extortion; fraud; bribery; and perjury. 

Litigants who were victimized by Jackson's concealment and destruction of evidence plan to subpoena court reporters to participate in depositions about the missing audio files or possible secondary recordings. 

The walls are closing in on the Maricopa County Superior Court that is shockingly refusing to hold Judge Jackson accountable for her pattern of undermining and manipulating the justice system. 

'A pattern of misconduct': Maricopa County Judge Charlene Jackson fails to perform duties fairly and impartially

Allegations of poor judgeship by Jackson have mounted with the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct. 

This case represents one of the most blatent abuses of power and raises concerns justice is being undermined in Judge Charlene Jackson's Maricopa County Court. 

Jackson ordered a 4 -year-old child to be immediately taken from her mother, her primary caretaker, and placed into the care of her abusive father. The record reflects substantial evidence of child abuse and domestic violence committed by the father against the mother that the child witnessed. 

After reviewing Jackson's own divorce records with her ex-husband and father of her child, it appears Jackson is emotionally triggered by cases involving domestic violence, but she fails to recuse herself from cases she is unable to manage. 

Jackson unfortunately rendered a decision that appears to arise from her desire to punish one parent and reward the other at the expense of an innocent child's safety and best interests. 

In determining a parenting plan, a court must use the "best interests of the child" standard, and it is improper to use such a plan to punish or penalize a parent. 

The court's ruling that prohibits the child from having unsupervised contact with mother does not support the best interests of a child who has been cared for by her mother since birth. 

Jackson did not consider or address the resulting trauma to the child when she barred the child from all contact (besides infrequent supervised visits) with her primary caretaker. 

Judge Jacksons lack of meaningful consideration for the best interests of the child demonstrate her bias as she ignored Arizona and Federal laws for nearly two years and impaired the fairness of the proceedings. 

Judge Charlene Jackson subjected a mother and her innocent child to cruel torture when she unfarly issued orders deliberately subjecting the child to abuse and trauma. 

Jackson worsened the situation between the parents with her spiteful and vindictive decision to place the child with her father, who was never the child's caretaker. 

Jackson fails to perform all dutues of her judicial office fairly and impartially when she routinely acts in favor of abusers and against victims of domestic violence, child abuse, or the child's best intersts. 

Judicial canons require judges to maintain civility and decorum, neither of which Jackson is capable of.
