Hi, I am Cynthia and I work as a service engineer in a managed IT services company providing support to businesses based in New York. This pandemic had created an addition to our job role and had brought me to a very interesting phase in my career and that is bringing in innovative and user-friendly interfaces to support the big chunk of employees who are working from home.
