Apply Now: Remote Client Support Professional
This is an independent contractor position (self-employment) that allows you to have control over which client you service, as well as set your schedule and determine how much revenue you bring in.
Choosing Resolution Experts LLC as your service partner allows you access to a platform with multiple well-known client companies, all systems and tools needed to support those clients and access to certification classes tailored to each client’s needs and expectations. The certifications classes are now both FREE (apart from a refundable class reservation deposit) and PAID. We offer on-going support from today forward and our main goal is your success. We look forward to you becoming a valued part of our team.
Below you will find Important and Useful information regarding requirements and what to expect as a Client Support Professional.
As an Independent Contractor, you:
Provide your own equipment (i.e. computer, USB wire headset and hardwired internet)
o View the System and Equipment Policy
Receive a 1099 if you earn over $600
Are not eligible for overtime, unemployment, or benefit
START‑UP COSTS (PAID TO ARISE®)
$50 refundable class deposit (refund is issued after the first day of class)
Certification Course: FREE + PAID
$30 background check fee (valid for 12months)
SUPPORT FEES
Automatically deducted from service revenue:
Resolution Experts LLC Agent Support Fee: $25 per invoice
Agents are paid biweekly; there will be a revenue calendar provided once your registration is complete.
