Remote energy healing is the practice of transmitting healing energy to a recipient who is not physically present with the healer.
When the human energy field is disturbed, energy blockages appear, which later result in aches, pains or diseases affecting the physical body.

To do this, simply perform a remote energy treatment.
There are no strict rules regarding the number of sessions; however, it is often recommended to begin with a few closely spaced energy healing sessions (especially for those new to energy work, those with a specific goal, or those who have not received energy healing in a long time) to harness and maximize the propulsion and stimulation of positive energy!
