READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below)
Requested when you open the file section on the casting page to access local files.

READ_MEDIA_VIDEO / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_MEDIA_AUDIO (Android 13 and above)
Requested only when you enter the corresponding video, image, or audio sections for casting.

These permissions are used solely to let you browse and select media files for playback or casting.
The App does not access, collect, or upload your personal files without your explicit action.

Network & Connectivity

INTERNET
Required to connect to smart TVs, enable casting features, and load essential services.

ACCESS_WIFI_STATE / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Used to check network status and ensure your device is connected to the same network as the TV.

CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE
Required for discovering nearby devices on the local network for casting.

Device Interaction

VIBRATE
Used to provide haptic feedback and support background operation during casting.

Background Operation

FOREGROUND_SERVICE
Allows the App to continue running essential casting services while in the background.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE
Declared for specific foreground service use cases required by system policies.
