I am a PhD Candidate in Economics at ETH Zurich and the KOF Swiss Economic Institute under the supervision of Jan-Egbert Sturm.
My research studies how firms form macroeconomic expectations and respond to monetary and fiscal policy. I combine panel survey data with quasi-experimental methods to study expectation formation and policy transmission. I also work on public economics, with a focus on income and wealth distribution in Switzerland.
My main research fields are applied macroeconomics, monetary economics and public economics.
Visit – UC Berkeley (Fall 2026)
I will be visiting the Department of Economics at the University of California, Berkeley from August to December 2026.
