Remo AI uses Google Gemini to generate AI responses and analyze uploaded images.

4. Conversation History

Your chat history is stored to provide a continuous conversation experience.

You may delete your conversation history at any time from within the App. Once deleted, it will no longer be available to you.

5. Image Processing

If you upload images:

• Images are processed only for the requested AI feature.

• Images are transmitted securely.

• Images are not sold or shared for advertising.

• Images are not used by us to train AI models.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed securely through Razorpay.

We do not collect or store your payment card information. Payment details are handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with their security standards and privacy practices.

7. Notifications

If you grant permission, Remo AI may send notifications related to:

• AI features

• Subscription status

• Important service updates

• Product announcements

You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only with:

• Google Gemini to generate AI responses and process image requests.

• Razorpay to process subscription payments.

• Amplitude Analytics to understand App usage and improve our services.

• Government authorities or law enforcement when required by applicable law.

9. Data Retention

We retain:

• Conversation history until you delete it.

• Analytics data only as necessary for service improvement.

• Diagnostic information for troubleshooting and security purposes.

Uploaded images are retained only as necessary to complete the requested processing and are not kept longer than required for the feature to function.
