I am Associate Professor of Economics at York University - Glendon Campus (link to my Yorku profile here).
My background is in Macroeconomics, with early research focusing on the economic and financial implications of belief-driven fluctuations (sunspot equilibria).
My current research leverages digital data and data science techniques to investigate interdisciplinary questions. These projects span areas such as populism, political economics and political responsibility.
I am a co-founder and a collaborator on the Observatory of Populism in Canada.
