There's a part like in the middle of the song that just reminds me of an old creepy circus for freaks type music. There might be a little laughing in the background I can't say for sure. I get an image of 2 kids on a teeter totter just laughing. It sounds crazy I know.

The music was based on the Italian instrumental, "Concerto d'autunno," by Camillo Bargoni.[1] As "Autumn Concerto", it reached the Music Vendor pop survey[clarification needed] in versions by Richard Hayman and Carmen Cavallaro. The English language lyrics were written by Al Stillman and Paul Siegel.

Danny Swain pays tribute to (his second favorite keboardist) Patrice Rushen with the "Don't Remind Me" instrumental - the first track he let loose for 2014, which samples "Remind Me" from her 1982 Straight From The Heart LP. The track from his forthcoming Dan-strumentals project will not only take you back to the original from Patrice Rushen, it also brings up memories of the multitudes of r&b and hip-hop tracks that sampled her recording during the 90's. Check the track below to listen to the "Don't Remind Me" instrumental from Danny Swain. Stay tuned for more from Danny in 2014.

The intent of this notice is to remind the extramural community about the need to report foreign activities through documentation of other support, foreign components, and financial conflict of interest to prevent scientific, budgetary, or commitment overlap. NIH has long required full transparency for all research activities both domestic and foreign and does not consider these clarifications to be changes in policy. The requirements referenced in this Notice, along with the other obligations in the NIH Grants Policy Statement (NIHGPS) and other terms and conditions of award, are instrumental to achieving the mutual goal of NIH and the extramural community, to protect the integrity of biomedical research.

 Background

On August 23, 2018, the NIH Director issued a statement regarding the protection of the integrity of biomedical research conducted in the United States, and convened a working group of the Advisory Committee to the NIH Director to review this issue. NIH recognizes the importance of international collaborations for scientific advances. By clarifying NIH expectations for other support reporting, NIH seeks to improve the reporting of all sources of research support, financial interests and affiliations, both foreign and domestic, and to continue to support properly reported international collaborative research.

The NIHGPS, 2.5.1 , states that other support includes all financial resources, whether Federal, non-Federal, commercial or institutional, available in direct support of an individual's research endeavors, including, but not limited to, research grants, cooperative agreements, contracts, and/or institutional awards to ensure no scientific, budgetary or commitment overlap.

 Other Support

NIH reminds applicants and recipients that other support includes all resources made available to a researcher in support of and/or related to all of their research endeavors, regardless of whether or not they have monetary value and regardless of whether they are based at the institution the researcher identifies for the current grant. This includes resource and/or financial support from all foreign and domestic entities, including but not limited to, financial support for laboratory personnel, and provision of high-value materials that are not freely available (e.g., biologics, chemical, model systems, technology, etc.).

NIH applicants must:

Not only there is an intrinsic value of conferring a universal legal identity, but the identity target in the post-2015 development agenda is instrumental in achieving many of the SDGs. Indeed, the provision of robust means of identification would support the achievement of at least 10 goals:

Three years later, the naval ship had been completely restored, modernized, and sailed again to see combat. In fact, the U.S.S. West Virginia proved to play an instrumental role in the very last naval battle of World War II, the Battle of Leyte Gulf. Unleashing its fury on Japanese ships, working with veteran Pearl Harbor battleships, supporting underwater demolition teams, and protecting ally troops ashore, the U.S.S. West Virginia found reprisal in helping to end the vicious war.

IN all that relates to the mounting of telescopes or the construction of instruments intended for accurate measurements, in all that increases their convenience or adds to their efficiency, the firm of Repsold has won a world-wide reputation, and the book before us indicates in some measure the reason for this marked success. The head of the firm has been a keen and interested student of the history of past construction. For more than forty years, the author reminds us, he has been engaged in furthering the progress of instrumental construction, and in this time he has given close study to all that has effected the gradual development of this branch of engineering technique. He has assimilated all that experience can teach, has learnt the strength and the weakness of tha work of past masters, and has profited by their example and their attainments. We now in our turn have the opportunity of benefiting by the results of this close study, perfected by much examination and sifting, and in addition to tracing the evolution of modern instruments we get glimpses of trie history of astronomy, viewed from a new and interesting standpoint. Obviously, the connection between the progress of astronomical science and the improvement in instrumental equipment must be continuous and intimate, but how close the tie is can hardly be apprehended until we make a historical survey of the principles of instrumental construction, on a plan which reveals the part played by successive makers, and makes us understand to what extent astronomy has been forwarded by their endeavours.

Finally, the OCA emphasizes the instrumental role that audit committees of the board of directors have in the financial reporting system through their supervision of the internal and external audit process.

Paradise Garage Legendary Dee Jay David DePino Great job...Larry would have loved it.

The words "Alternative Facts" has slipped out the lips of every American, being under sharp criticism from journalists and media organizations and being the butt of all jokes by the savagery of social media.

"There was really no concept in saying 'I'll think I'll go make a track about 'Alternative Facts', no," Mikki says. "It didn't happen that way, it chose me, I didn't choose it."

The phrase went viral when it was used by U.S. Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway during a Meet the Press interview on January 22, 2017, in which she defended White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer's false statement about the attendance at Donald Trump's inauguration as President of the United States.

"The main point of making 'Alternative Facts' I guess actually..which is crazy the day that I was watching the news, and she said it, I was looking at her like 'Did she just say that?'" Mikki explains. "Before I can say anything, Chuck Todd asked her what she meant because there are no alternative facts. But if you read in 1994, they do use that term 'alternative facts', but it's just the same term as a lie."

"Alternative Facts" is not your typical souful house track. It's on a more progressive level, going more into Euro Beat.

"As an artist I wanted to show various sides of me being a producer," says Mikki. "I started with this beat. The track reminds me of " Tell Me I'm Not Dreaming" by Was(Not Was) 1982 a Paradise Garage classic.

"I want the listener to be woke," Mikki says. "I played it at the Winter Music Conference this past March and the dancers went banana's. I wanted the snares drums to sound like a military marching band.

Which I use as the hook in the track. The dancers got it right away. For me that's the most important thing, am I connecting with the dancers.

I knew I wanted to make a video, but I didn't really want to make it too political, but show the conspiracy theory's that we have always thought about in the US. The opening scene is an eye opener. The video was directed by myself and actor Adrian Luke Sinclair.

He was wonderful is executing my concept.

I also had my niece in editing a few scenes for me, she's a junior in film school. But it was Luke who totally brought the video to life.

In the visuals to the track, it leaves a quote: "No matter what we go through, we still dance."

"I remember 9/11 and seeing both buildings crumble, having lost people that were dear to me and coworkers, I never forgot that chapter of history. This happened on a Tuesday 9/11 " Mikki explains. "and that Friday on 9/14, there were parties that told us, 'Let's not cry, let's unite. Let's dance,' and no matter what's going on in the world, we just dance."
