These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RemindMe: Daily Planner mobile application (the "App") and any services provided therein. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

Subscription

1.1. RemindMe: Daily Planner offers a subscription service that allows users to remove all ads from the App.

1.2. The subscription options available are:

• Monthly subscription: $0.99 per month

• Annual subscription: $7.99 per year

1.3. Payment will be charged to your iTunes/App Store account at confirmation of purchase.

1.4. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off.

1.5. You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Refunds

2.1. All purchases of subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Refunds for purchases made through the App Store is subject to their respective refund policies. Please contact the App Store directly for inquiries regarding refunds.

Disclaimer

3.1. RemindMe: Daily Planner is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

3.2. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RemindMe: Daily Planner or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Changes to Terms

5.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
