1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following information when you use RemindMe:

- Name and email address (for account creation and authentication)

- Profile photo (optional, if you choose to upload one)

- Tasks, reminders, and associated data you create

- Device identifiers and push notification tokens

- Usage data and app interaction logs

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- To provide and maintain the app's core functionality

- To send push notifications and reminders you've set

- To enable shared tasks between users

- To improve the app and fix issues

- We do not sell your data to third parties

3. DATA STORAGE

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

RemindMe offers Premium subscriptions on a monthly and annual basis via Apple In-App Purchase.

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

- We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at your next renewal period

- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. FREE TIER LIMITATIONS

The free version of RemindMe is limited to a maximum of 3 active tasks. Premium unlocks unlimited tasks and additional features.

6. USER ACCOUNTS

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

- You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account)

- Deleting your account permanently removes all your data

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

RemindMe uses the following third-party services:

- Google Firebase (authentication and data storage)

- RevenueCat (subscription management)

- Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In (authentication)

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

RemindMe is suitable for all ages. However, users under 18 should have parental consent before creating an account or making purchases.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
