Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how [App Name] ("we," "our," or "us") handles your information when you use our iOS mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your personal privacy. Our core philosophy is straightforward: your personal data belongs to you, stays on your device, and is never transmitted to our servers.
1. Zero Data Collection Architecture
We do not collect, harvest, store, transmit, or share your personal data.
No Remote Server Transmission: The App does not operate backend servers to store or sync your personal details. All operations are executed locally on your iOS device.
No Account Registration: You do not need to create an account, log in with an email address, or provide any identifying information to use the App.
No Tracking or Profiling: We do not track your activity across third-party websites or services, nor do we build advertising or behavioral profiles based on your usage.
2. Information You Create and Manage Locally
All data you enter into the App—including reminder titles, notes, priority tags, categories, recurring schedules, and alert timestamps—remains strictly confined to your device's local storage sandbox.
We have no technical means to read, access, or decrypt your reminder contents.
If you delete a reminder or uninstall the App, that data is permanently deleted from your local device storage unless preserved in your personal iCloud or iTunes backup.
3. iOS Device Permissions and System Integrations
To provide standard reminder functionality, the App may request access to specific iOS system permissions. These permissions are used exclusively on-device:
Notifications (UserNotifications Framework): Required solely to display alert banners, schedule reminder sounds, and trigger badge notifications at your specified reminder times. Notifications are scheduled and fired locally by iOS; no external push notification service (APNs payload with personal data) is routed through our servers.
Calendar or Apple Reminders (EventKit - If Applicable): If you choose to sync with iOS EventKit, access is strictly handled through official Apple APIs to read or write entries locally. None of this data is exported outside your personal Apple ecosystem.
Siri & Shortcuts (If Applicable): Voice interactions or automated workflows run directly through Apple’s system services on your device.
4. Apple iCloud and Device Backups
If you enable Apple's built-in iCloud Backup or sync the App via your personal Apple iCloud account:
Your data is transmitted directly between your iOS device and Apple’s secure cloud infrastructure.
That data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy and your personal Apple ID settings.
We have no administrative access, visibility, or ownership over your iCloud storage containers.
5. Third-Party Services and Analytics
No Third-Party Ad Networks: The App does not integrate third-party ad SDKs that monitor user identity or device identifiers (such as IDFA).
Crash Logs & Diagnostic Metrics: If you have opted in to share crash data and diagnostics with app developers via Apple’s system settings, Apple provides us with aggregated, fully anonymized diagnostic logs (e.g., stack traces, device model, iOS version). These logs contain zero personal data or reminder contents and are utilized solely to diagnose software crashes and performance issues.
6. Children’s Online Privacy Protection
Because the App does not collect any personal information whatsoever, it complies with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other global privacy frameworks. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under any jurisdiction.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational or legal enhancements. Any updates will be posted directly within the App or via the App Store product page, with the updated "Last Updated" date displayed at the top. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
