RemindBy is a personal organization app for expenses, subscriptions, warranties, and document reminders. RemindBy is local-first: it does not require an account, and we do not operate a cloud service that collects or stores your personal data.
RemindBy may locally store: profile preferences (name, currency, theme, reminder settings); expenses, splits, and household/settle-up history; subscription and trial details; warranty items and notes; document expiry records (e.g., passport, license, insurance); attached photos (receipts, warranty cards, documents); and local notification schedules. This data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Camera / Photos — only to capture or select images you choose to save.
Notifications — only to deliver reminders you configure.
We never use these permissions for advertising or unrelated purposes.
We don't create accounts, upload your data to our servers, sell your personal information, show third-party ads, or use your content for AI training.
We don't share your content with analytics, advertising, or backup providers. Standard platform services (App Store/Google Play, device notifications) may process technical data under their own policies.
Your data stays on your device until deleted or the app is uninstalled, subject to your device's storage handling. Since data is stored locally, its security depends partly on your device's own security settings.
