Dr. R. J. Dias has graduated in Pharmacy from Govt. College of Pharmacy, Karad in 1996, completed his M. Pharm in 2002 and Ph. D in 2008 from the same college. He has also completed Management Studies (MBA) in 2010 & completed Post graduate diploma in Patent Laws from Nalsar University of Law, Hyderabad.
Dr. R. J. Dias has graduated in Pharmacy from Govt. College of Pharmacy, Karad in 1996, completed his M. Pharm in 2002 and Ph. D in 2008 from the same college. He started his career as Medical Representative in Hoechst Marion Roussel Ltd. at Kolhapur. After his two years innings there, he shifted to academics & is having 20 years of teaching experience. He worked for four years with MES College of Pharmacy, Chiplun. He then worked for Satara College of Pharmacy, Satara for nine years & developed the institute from its inception. He has worked as Professor at Sinhgad Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Lonavala before shifting to YSPM’s Yashoda Technical Campus, Satara as Campus Director for five years. Then he joined as Head of Pharmacy Department at Govt. Polytechnic, Jalgaon and worked for three years. Presently, he is working as HOD, Govt. College of Pharmacy, Karad.

His area of interest includes Biopharmaceutics & Pharmacokinetics, Novel Drug Delivery Systems, Biostatistics & DOE. He is life member of various professional bodies like ISTE, APTI, IHPA, IPA, etc.
