I remember Mr. and Mrs Hedler stopping by our house to show us that bus! I also remember playing with Robbie when we were kids. I also knew Chip at TU through our mutual friend Tom Denman.
My day got a little bit brighter when I would see Doris and her son walk through the doors of the Sanger library. She was such a joy to know.
If there is one thing I will miss is her very cheerful smile because even when she didn’t say anything she always would have a smile on her face. From all of your friends and extended family at Kroger (Monroe street) .
She had always been like an aunt to me and she had always knew exactly what to say to make anybody feel better. I miss you so much Doris! Remember that your birthday twin will always love you!
Doris and I would drive around almost every day in the old VW Jetta. We'd go to Kroger, or Aldi and then Costco, because Costco had free samples! Doris missed going to The Anderson's for free samples and to see the folks she knew who shopped there. She loved telling others about great bargains!
