How to Delete Your Account and Personal Data
You can request deletion in the following ways:
In-App Account Deletion
If the feature is available, you can delete your account directly through the Game settings (e.g., “Settings” → “Account” → “Delete Account”). This option provides a permanent deletion path in compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store requirements.
Via Email
From the email address linked to your game account, send a message to returnofkage@gmail.com.
Use the subject line: “Delete My User Data”.
In the body, please include:
your in-game username (nickname);
your registered email address;
a screenshot of your game profile for identity verification.
We may request additional information to properly verify your identity.
Processing will begin after your identity is confirmed.
What Happens After Your Request
Within 3 business days of identity verification, your account will be blocked to prevent further access and use.
Full deletion or irreversible anonymization of your personal data will be completed within 30 calendar days of verification. During this period, your data is inaccessible and cannot be recovered.
Certain data we are legally required to retain may be kept for the required statutory period. Under Chilean law, transaction records may be retained for up to 5 years, and support history for up to 3 years. Such data is processed solely for compliance with legal obligations and will be deleted after the retention period expires.
Once the deletion process is complete, your account and associated information cannot be restored.
Additional Information
If you reside in the European Economic Area, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are under 14, the deletion request must be made by your parent or legal guardian.
