We sell sealed trading card products, including Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Magic: The Gathering.
All items are sold as new and factory sealed, unless stated otherwise.
Products are sold as sealed collectibles
We do not guarantee specific contents, pull rates, or card values
We are not responsible for manufacturer collation or print defects within sealed products
Orders are confirmed only when a dispatch confirmation email is issued.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
Pricing errors
Stock issues
Suspected fraudulent activity
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
We accept multiple payment methods via secure third-party providers
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Tracked delivery services are used where appropriate
Risk passes to the customer when the goods come into the physical possession of the customer.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation will result in a full refund
If your order has been dispatched, you must return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy
We operate a strict returns policy due to the nature of sealed trading card products.
Returns for unwanted items will only be accepted where:
Items are completely unopened, unused, and factory sealed
All original shrink wrap, seals, and packaging are fully intact
Items are in exactly the same condition as supplied
We do not accept returns for any opened trading card products under any circumstances.
All returned items are subject to thorough inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if:
There is any sign of opening, tampering, or resealing
Packaging is damaged, altered, or not in original condition
The item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it
Returned items must match our dispatch records, including any recorded identifying features.
To prevent fraud and protect both parties:
We may photograph or video items prior to dispatch
Serial numbers or identifying features may be recorded
Any item that does not match these records will be rejected and no refund issued.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods by emailing: contact@driftaline.com
Items must then be returned within 14 days of cancellation notice
We may refuse returns that are sent back without prior notification.
The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
Returns should be sent via a tracked and insured service
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting returned goods
Refunds will be made to the original payment method
We may make deductions from refunds where the value of goods has been reduced due to handling.
Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
This policy applies to unwanted items only and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Customers attempting to return opened or tampered trading card products may have their return refused in full.
To protect both parties:
We may photograph items prior to dispatch
Serialised or identifying features may be recorded for high-value orders
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
You may reject faulty or misdescribed goods within 30 days for a full refund
After this period, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund
This includes items that are not as described, damaged, or defective.
All products are guaranteed authentic and sourced from legitimate suppliers.
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of potential value from card contents
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws.
