About Me

My life can be measured in dog years. I grew up with a little poodle named Buffy. I entered adulthood and started my teaching career with Tucker, a miniature dachshund, by my side. My husband and I met while walking our dogs in the neighborhood.  We have created a dog-friendly home to accommodate the changing needs of our dogs as they age, which allows us to welcome your furry friends to stay when you are away.

Dogs are not my only loves. A tortoiseshell cat named Medora joined our family when I was a teenager, and I spent many hours tending to cats in the local animal shelter as a high schooler. 

Today, I am a part-time educator with a lot of time to devote to caring for your best friend while you're away. I know the anxiety that comes with leaving our dogs in someone else's care and will do my very best to ease your worries. Your pet will be in the best care with me!
