Relevix is an iPhone app developed by Oscar Rojas ("we"). This policy explains how your information is handled when you use the app.
1. Information we collect None. Relevix does not collect, store or transmit personal data to us or to any third party. No account is required.
2. Data you store in the app Shifts, activities, facilities, rates, notes and your profile details (name, specialty and phone) are stored only on your iPhone. The widget reads that same data on the device. We have no access to it.
3. Face ID / Touch ID If you turn on the app lock, authentication is handled by iOS. Relevix never receives or stores biometric data.
4. Notifications Shift reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. We do not use notification servers.
5. Reports and backups When you export a report (Excel, CSV or XML) or a backup, the file is created on your iPhone and you decide where to save it or who to share it with. Sharing is subject to the policies of the service you choose (email, iCloud, messaging apps, etc.).
6. Ads, analytics and tracking Relevix shows no ads, uses no third-party analytics and does not track you across other apps or websites.
7. Who the app is for Relevix is designed for professionals who work in shifts or bill by the hour. It does not provide healthcare services and does not handle patient information. It is not directed to children under 13.
8. Your rights Because your data lives only on your iPhone, you can view, edit or delete it at any time in the app, or remove everything by deleting the app.
9. Changes to this policy If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with its update date.
