STEP 1 : TURNING COMPRESSOR ON

1. Press GREEN START BUTTON on the front control panel display.

2. Open the MAIN VALVE which is the valve closest to the tank.

3. Open the UNI-KOTE VALVE which is the valve Labeled UNI-KOTE. Second valve from the Left. Orange tube.

STEP 2 : POWERING ON THE UNI-KOTE

1. Locate the MAIN POWER KNOB on the right side of the CONTROL PANEL.

2. Turn knob to the “UPRIGHT POSITION” by rotating clockwise a quarter turn to power on the machine.

STEP 3 : LOADING COATERS

1. Locate both of the SCOOP COATERS in the screen room if they are not already on the machine. They should be placed back onto the machine after cleanout.

2. Note that one of the coaters has “2 NOTCHES” located on the side of the coater and the other coater has “1 NOTCH” on the side.

3. The “2 NOTCH COATER” is called the FRONT COATER and the “1 NOTCH COATER” is called the BACK COATER.

4. Place the FRONT COATER onto the machine by placing the notch into the pegs on the front coater arm. With the “SHARP” side facing in.

5. Tighten the coater into place by adjusting the BLACK KNOBS on the coater arm.

6. Place the BACK COATER onto the machine by placing the notches into the pegs on the back coater arm. With the “SHARP” side facing in.

7. Tighten the coater into place by adjusting the BLACK KNOBS on the coater arm.

STEP 4 : LOADING RECIPES

1. On the CONTROL PANEL,

2. Click on RECIPES.

3. Click on ALL SCREENS 1-1.

4. Click on LOAD.
