Co-Founder of Release Women's Leadership Network
Limaris Mendoza is the co-founder of Release Women’s Leadership Network, a dynamic organization devoted to mentoring and equipping female leaders to thrive in both the church and the world. With a deep passion for spiritual formation, leadership development, and intentional community, Limaris has helped shape a movement that empowers women to lead with boldness, purpose, and faith. Through mentorship, training, and a commitment to cultivating God-given potential, Release Women’s Leadership Network is raising up a generation of women who are making a lasting impact in every sphere of influence.
As a licensed minister, appointed by the General Council of the Assemblies of God, Limaris currently serves as Secretary of the Spanish Eastern District (SED) Youth Ministries. In this capacity, she provides training and support to sectional leaders, leadership/ministry teams, and local youth pastors, while also collaborating with the SEDuth Leadership Team to coordinate district-wide youth events throughout the year. She also serves as Youth Pastor at Salem Church, where she finds joy in building meaningful relationships with young people and guiding them in their spiritual walk with Christ.
Limaris holds a B.S. in Music Education from the University of Valley Forge and an M.Ed. in Special Education from Lehigh University, where she completed the Dual-Certification Program. As a member of the High School Program Leadership Team at Centennial School, she teaches youth with challenging behaviors and mentors current graduate students preparing to become highly effective special education teachers. In her classroom, Limaris integrates music and the arts as both instructional and therapeutic strategies, especially when working with students diagnosed with Emotional and Behavioral Disorder (EBD) and Autism (AU). Limaris has been featured as a guest lecturer for multiple graduate-level courses at Lehigh University’s College of Education, including Advanced Inclusionary Practices K-12, Positive Behavior Support, and K-12 Classroom Environment and Management.
Limaris also brings her expertise to the broader educational community. She served as a board member for the Northeast Region of the Pennsylvania Association for Educational Communications and Technology (PAECT), a nonprofit organization that advocates for the integration of technology in education and offers professional development for educators across the state. She has been recognized as a Keystone Technology Innovator (KTI Star)—a prestigious honor awarded to innovative educational leaders in the state of Pennsylvania. Limaris was also selected to present at the 2026 Pennsylvania Department of Education Conference, where she and a colleague presented on the topic: Developing Individualized Interventions for Students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders.
